Modelling of the Municipality Entrepreneurial Community Functioning Using the Methods of System Dynamics
The purpose of this research is to develop an imitation system-dynamic model for the municipality entrepreneurial network functioning. The model is implemented on an experimental level in the environment of simulation moderation Powersim Studio 7. On the one hand it gives us the opportunity to monitor the state of communications and exchange at various periods of time. On the other hand it allows to determine the architecture of links, levels and flows of exchange between network participants as well as the most effective conditions for the realization of commodity-money relations both inside and outside the network. The introduction of inside money into the entrepreneurial network is considered to be a method of exchange effectiveness increase. The parameter, reflecting their usage in the network, acts as the main regulator of exchange and at the same time it is the controlling parameter of the model. Simulation experiments result, expressed in resulting coefficients (liquidity, cooperation, exchange synchronization), allows you to assess numerically the system state at different control parameter values. It makes the designed model an effective support tool for optimizing decisions and managing a complex economic system, which is the entrepreneurial network of the municipality. Β© 201
System-dynamic modeling of the development of universities in the conditions of informatization
The work is devoted to the selection of key performance indicators (KPI) of universities, as well as the development of the concept of using these indicators in assessing the effectiveness of universities in the scientific and innovative sector of Russia. The study used a combination of descriptive and deductive methods, as well as experiment. There were analyzed the data on financing, the number of publications indexed in the Web of Science, as well as the number of employees of 14 Russian universities that have been participating since 2013 in the state program "Project 5-100". This program is aimed at the adaptation of Russian universities to international standards and incorporating them into international education environment. A system-dynamic model is constructed that allows, on the basis of the key performance indicators, to find new approaches and ways to achieve the goals set and to build an effective university development strategy in the transition to a digital economy. Premenstrual syndrome in women of early and late reproductive age
The article discusses the specific psycho-emotional status, autonomic regulation and pain phenomena of young women and women in the middle of the childbearing period who suffer from premenstrual syndrome. The study involved 72 women aged from 16 to 25 years and 51 between the ages of 30 and 38 years. The identified clinical features could be applied for further research on the development of pathogenetic methods to treat the disease in women in different age groups
Evaluation methods of the intellectual capital of the enterprise as a factor of production
Intellectual capital is currently developing rapidly and is becoming the main source of innovation development and economic competitiveness. Defining intellectual capital as the sum of knowledge of all employees and tools of the organization, increasing the body of knowledge, i.e. everything that can be converted to value and secure economic competitiveness, it is necessary to distinguish three main structural element of intellectual capital: human, organizational and customer capital of the organization. And that's a property of their interaction, not their individual functioning, it forms a synergistic phenomenon. But at the same time, the cost of most of the components of intellectual capital are not reflected in the financial statements, and due to the lack of transparency and absence of market criteria rather difficult to evaluate intellectual capital. The article considers methods of assessment of intellectual capital of organization as factor of production on the example of scientific-production organization, JSC "Institute "VEGA". Performing analysis of the known methods of evaluation of intellectual capital, it should be concluded that the method of value added intellectual Ante Police most fully developed and gives the opportunity to assess the effectiveness of human capital in the performance of the enterprise, what's most important to domestic business. This technique includes a number of indicators that allow to take into account such characteristics as revenue, cost, capital investment and value-added physical, human and structural capital value added human capital that most accurately reflects the intellectual capital, what is the difference between market and book value and scoring
TECHNO-ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF THE PRODUCTION FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS AND FUNCTIONAL FOODS

Specifications of Application of Information-Technical Solutions for Electronic Legally Significant Document Management
This article is devoted to the research of the peculiarities of the introduction of software products for the optimization or implementation of electronic document management systems. The main provisions, advantages, disadvantages of switching from paper document flow to electronic document flow are considered. The model of transition to electronic document management by means of process modeling methods is developed. Also investigated an example of an implementation project using the developed methodology with the key changes.ΠΠ°Π½Π½Π°Ρ ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΡΠ²ΡΡΠ΅Π½Π° ΠΈΠ·ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΎΡΠΎΠ±Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΡΡΠ΅ΠΉ Π²Π½Π΅Π΄ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ³ΡΠ°ΠΌΠΌΠ½ΡΡ
