Time-dependent effects of CCl<sub>4</sub> on G+KDEL transgenic HepG2 cells.
<p>(A) Experimental scheme for analyzing time-dependent effects of CCl<sub>4</sub> on G+KDEL12 HepG2 cells. (B) Bioluminescence in the medium was detected using a microplate reader. Each RLU value was calculated relative to the value in the corresponding DMSO-treated control (defined as 1), and the means ± SD of three independent cultures were calculated (*<i>p</i> < 0.01; **<i>p</i> < 0.001). (C) Bioluminescence of “ATP in Cells” (CellTiter-Glo) was detected using a microplate reader, as shown in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0156202#pone.0156202.g004" target="_blank">Fig 4C</a>.</p
