Surface hardening alloy VT6 of electric explosion and by electron beam
The aim is to study the phase composition, structure and properties of the surface layer of the VT6 titanium alloy, subjected to combined treatment, consisting of alloying by the plasma of an electric explosion of a graphite fiber with a charge of the SiC powder and subsequent exposure by a high-intense electron beam. As a result of such treatment, a multiphase surface layer with a submicron and nanosize structure forms with the microhardness manifold exceeding its value in the sample volume are presented
The hardening of ВТ6 titanium alloy surface by carboboriding and subsequent electron beam treatment
The work carried out studies aimed at identifying the changes in the surface layer of titanium alloy VT6 after combined treatment. Combined treatment of the surface of titanium alloy VT6 was doping plasma formed by electoexplosion of titanium foil with the sample of boron carbide powder and then irradiated with high-intensity pulsed electron beam submillisekundnoy duration of exposure. The study found that the surface layer electroexplosion doping samples titanium alloy VT6 and its subsequent electron beam treatment leads to smoothing the surface alloying. It is the formation of a multilayer structure.В работе проведены исследования, направленные на выявление изменений в поверхностном слое титанового сплава ВТ6 после комбинированной обработки. Комбинированная обработка поверхности титанового сплава ВТ6 заключалась в легировании плазмой, формирующейся при электрическом взрыве фольги титана с навеской порошка карбида бора и последующем облучении высокоинтенсивным импульсным электронным пучком субмиллисекундной длительности воздействия. В результате исследования выявлено, что электровзрывное легирование поверхностного слоя образцов титанового сплава ВТ6 и его последующая электронно-пучковая обработка приводит к выглаживанию поверхности легирования. ASSESSMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL AND CLINICAL EFFICACY OF IMMOBILIZED FORM OF CHLORHEXIDINE IN TREATMENT OF PURULENT WOUNDS
The authors made an analysis of the results of experimental course of wound process on 120 rats of Vistar line and clinical research of 58 patients with purulent wounds, which were treated by ointment of following composition: chlorhexidine bigluconate 0,5-30,0; methyluracil -2,0; polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate -70,0. The animals and people were divided into 2 statistically uniform groups. The control group had a local treatment of wound by the ointment «Levomekol’». The experimental group used the immobilized forms of chlorhexidine. Dynamics of wound process was studied by planimetric, bacteriological and cytological methods of research. Results of planimetric, bacteriological and cytological investigations proved the more expressed positive effect of purulent wound treatment using immobilized form of chlorhexidine bigluconate
