Módszerfejlesztés antibiotikumok meghatározására tejmintákból on-line szilárd fázisú extrakciós UHPLC-MS/MS módszerrel = Method development for the determination of antibiotics in milk samples using an on-line solid phase extraction UHPLC-MS/MS method
A cĂ©lkitűzĂ©sĂĽnk az volt, hogy tej mátrixbĂłl a szabályozás alatt állĂł, leggyakoribb antibiotikumok mĂ©rĂ©sĂ©re fejlesszĂĽnk egy olyan UHPLC-MS/MS mĂłdszert, amellyel az idĹ‘igĂ©nyes, szilárd fázisĂş, extrakciĂłs minta-elĹ‘kĂ©szĂtĂ©s automatizálhatĂł, a minta pedig dĂşsĂthatĂł. Ez segĂti az alacsonyabb kimutatási határok elĂ©rĂ©sĂ©t az off-line minta-elĹ‘kĂ©szĂtĂ©shez kĂ©pest. A mĂłdszerfejlesztĂ©s során rutinmĂłdszert fejlesztettĂĽnk, ami kiválĂł teljesĂtmĂ©ny-jellemzĹ‘ivel Ă©s kimutatási határ Ă©rtĂ©keivel bármilyen Ă©lelmiszervizsgálĂł laboratĂłriumnak a javára válhat, illetve a költsĂ©ghatĂ©konysága is figyelemre mĂ©ltĂł lehet, mivel mind az idĹ‘-, mind az eszköz- Ă©s vegyszerköltsĂ©g is csökkenthetĹ‘ általa. Our objective was to develop a UHPLC-MS/MS method for the measurement of the most common antibiotics under regulation in milk, with which the time-consuming solid phase extraction sample preparation can be automated, and the sample can be enriched. This helps to achieve lower limits of detection, compared to offline sample preparation. During method development, a routine method was developed that can be beneficial for any food testing laboratory with its excellent performance characteristics and low limits of detection. Its cost efficiency can also be noteworthy, because both time, equipment and chemical costs can be reduced by it
