Az immunszuppresszĂv Ă©s biolĂłgiai terápia idĹ‘zĂtĂ©se gyulladásos bĂ©lbetegsĂ©gben = Use of Immunosuppressive and Biological Therapy in Inflammatory Bowel Disease
A gyulladásos bĂ©lbetegsĂ©gek (IBD) kezelĂ©se drámai változáson ment keresztĂĽl az immunszuppresszĂv Ă©s a biolĂłgiai terápia megjelenĂ©sĂ©vel. A legĂşjabb szakirodalmi adatok arra utalnak, hogy a kĂłrkĂ©p termĂ©szetes lefolyására gyakorolt hatásukat bevezetĂ©sĂĽk idĹ‘zĂtĂ©se is befolyásolja. Ugyanakkor továbbra is kihĂvást jelent azon betegek azonosĂtása, akik számára a korai hatĂ©kony kezelĂ©s biztosĂtaná a legkedvezĹ‘bb kimenetelt, megĂłvva az enyhĂ©bb betegsĂ©g-fenotĂpust mutatĂł egyĂ©neket a felesleges kockázatoktĂłl Ă©s potenciális mellĂ©khatásoktĂłl. Ezen közlemĂ©ny cĂ©lja, hogy bemutassa a jelenleg Magyarországon elĂ©rhetĹ‘, közĂ©psĂşlyos-sĂşlyos aktivitást mutatĂł IBD-ben alkalmazhatĂł terápiás lehetĹ‘sĂ©geket, Ă©s összefoglalja az ezek optimális idĹ‘zĂtĂ©sĂ©vel kapcsolatos jelenlegi ismereteinket, valamint javaslatot tegyen egy, a mindennapi betegellátásban használhatĂł kezelĂ©si algoritmusra.
The management of inflammatory bowel disease has changed dramatically with the development of immunosuppressive and biological therapies. Recent literature suggest that the impact of biological and immunomodulatory therapy on the natural history of disease might be dependent on the timing of their introduction. However, the challenge remains to identify patients for whom early effective treatment would
provide the most beneficial outcome, protecting individuals with milder disease phenotype from unnecessary risks and potential side effects. The aim of this review is to highlight the therapeutic options for moderate to severe IBD currently available in Hungary, to summarize our current knowledge on the optimal timing of their initiation, and to propose a treatment algorithm that can be used in everyday patient care
Egynyári dĂsznövĂ©nyek növekedĂ©sszabályozása
A kutatási munkánk során a Mirage 45 EC Ă©s a Bumper 25 EC gombaölĹ‘ szerek növekedĂ©sszabályozĂł hatását vizsgáltuk egynyári dĂsznövĂ©nyek: a Celosia argentea var. plumosa Ă©s a Petunia x hybrida palántanevelĂ©sĂ©nĂ©l.
Barriers and Needs for Building Integration of Solar Thermal and Photovoltaics
The International Energy Agency (IEA) Task 41 is conducting an international survey concerning the integration of solar energy systems and architecture in order to identify barriers that architects are facing in incorporating active solar technologies in their design. The survey investigates the possible barriers of solar thermal and photovoltaics, to understand why there is still a resistance among architects for using these elements in their architectural design. Moreover, it asks about the needs of architects, on what should be developed for a wider use of solar active systems in the building skin. The survey also provides valuable information towards a comparative study of the two solar technologies from the perspective of architectural integration potentials. As the survey is conducted in 13 countries around the world (EU, Canada, South Korea), it gives a possibility to identify possible regional differences in understanding and acceptance of active solar technologies
