A Note About Localized Photons on the Brane
A first order formulation for the Maxwell field in five dimensions is
dimensionally reduced using the Randall-Sundrum mechanism. We will see that
massive photons can not be localized on the brane.Comment: Latex, 6 page
Non-Abelian Antisymmetric-Vector Coupling from Self-Interaction
A non-abelian coupling between antisymmetric fields and Yang-Mills fields
proposed by Freedman and Townsend several years ago is derived using the
self-interaction mechanism.Comment: 8 pages, latex, some misprints in the references are corrected.

Partially Massless and Self Duality in three dimensions
Partially massless in three dimensions is revisited and its relationship with
the self-dual massive gravity is considered. The only mode of the partially
massless is shown explicitly through of an action for a scalar field on (A)dS
background. This fact can be generalized to higher dimensions. This degree of
freedom is altered when a triadic Chern-Simons is introduced, giving rise to
the self dual massive gravity on (A)dS background. We present another physical
system with partially massless symmetry and its connection with topologically
massive gravity is discussed.Comment: 8 pages, no figures, misprints corrected, references adde
Self-Dual Spin-3 And 4 Theories
We present self-dual spin-3 and 4 actions using relevant dreibein fields.
since these actions start with a Chern-Simons like kinetic term (and therefore
cannot be obtained through dimensional reduction) one might wonder whether they
need the presence of auxiliary ghost-killings fields. It turns out that they
must contain, also in this three dimensional case, auxiliary fields. They do
not break self-duality: their free actions do not contain kinetic second order
terms.Comment: 10, IC/91-20
Non-abelian self-duality from self-interaction

self-interaction mechanism.Comment: Latex, 7 page
Duality for massive spin two theories in arbitrary dimensions
Using the parent Lagrangian approach we construct a dual formulation, in the
sense originally proposed by Curtright and Freund, of a massive spin two
Fierz-Pauli theory in arbitrary dimensions . This is achieved in terms of a
mixed symmetry tensor , without the need of
auxiliary fields. The relation of this method with an alternative formulation
based on a gauge symmetry principle proposed by Zinoviev is elucidated. We show
that the latter formulation in four dimensions, with a given gauge fixing
together with a definite sequence of auxiliary fields elimination via their
equations of motion, leads to the parent Lagrangian already considered by West
completed by a Fierz-Pauli mass term, which in turns yields the
Curtright-Freund action. This motivates our generalization to arbitrary
dimensions leading to the corresponding extension of the four dimensional
result. We identify the transverse true degrees of freedom of the dual theory
and verify that their number is in accordance with those of the massive
Fierz-Pauli field.Comment: 14 pages, no figures, revtex 4. Some new comments and explanations
have been added and the notation homogeneize
