    Pelaksanaan Program Supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Guru-guru di SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas

    The title of this research is Implementation of headmasters supervision program to the teachers on SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. The research is to describe implementation headmasters supervision program to the teachers on SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. The method that is used is descriptive method with survey research. From the research result on SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat, the implementation of headmasters supervision program to the teachers can be known as 7 respondens (39%) are always to develop the lesson plan (RPP) in improving teaching and learning process. 8 respondens (44%) are always began the teaching taht use of lesson plan 6 respondens (33%) are always use teaching and learning method when teaching and learning process. 9 respondens (50%) are seldom to master of the rubric sytem of teaching and learning result to the students. 5 respondens (28%) are seldom who are evaluated when teaching and learning is conducted in the class. Absrak: Judul penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan Program Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Guru- Guru Di SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap guru- guru di SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survey. Dari hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan program supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap guru- guru dapat diketahui sebanyak 7 responden (39 %) yang selalu mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar. Sebanyak 8 responden (44 %) yang selalu mulai mengajar menggunakan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Sebanyak 6 responden (33 %) selalu menggunakan metode pembelajaran saat proses belajar mengajar,. Sebanyak 9 responden (50 %) selalu menguasai model- model pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Sebanyak 9 responden (50 %) kadang- kadang menguasai sistem penilaian hasil belajar mengajar terhadap siswa. Sebanyak 5 responden (28 %) kadang- kadang di evaluasi saat kegiatan belajar mengajar di dalam kelas

    This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the work productivity ofemployees of PT Sari Bumi Kusuma Borders of West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan.The research method uses an expost facto approach and a survey with a descriptivemethod. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sari Bumi Kusuma Border ofWest Kalimantan Central Kalimantan and sampling technique using census samplingwith a total of 54 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews anddocumentation. The results of this study indicate: (1) Shows that employees feelmotivated enough to do their job (2) Productivity of employees of PT. Sari Bumi KusumaThe border of West Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan is quite high. (3) WorkMotivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity of. This is based onthe value of t arithmetic > t table (3.363 > 2.007) and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, then Ha is accepted.     PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KELAS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS XI DI SMA NGARIMANAN SOMPAK.

    This student aims to determine the effect of classroom management on student learning outcomes in economics class XI iis at SMA NGARIMANAN SOMPAK. This study uses quantitative methods with two variables, namely class management (x) and student learning outcomes(Y). The date sources in this study were students of class XI iis SMA NGARIMANAN SOMPAK with a sample of 50 people. Data collection techniques used consisted of questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained from the respondents questionnaires were then tested for validity, reliability, analysis prerequisite test using normality test and linearity test, then hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and test, from the regression results obtained equation Y=23, 101+ 0,840 X. Test the hypothesis with t test obtained t count 8.469 and t table 2.011 which means t count > table which means there is a positive and significant influence between the two variables and the acquisition of class management results on learning outcomes students is 0.115 and the amount of R2 ( square) is 0.13 or 13%. Therefore, there is an influence between classroom management on student learning outcomes in economics class XI iis at SMA NGARIMANAN SOMPAK

    This study aims to determine the marketing crafts organic and inorganic waste at the business unit SMKN 8 Pontianak. Form of research is a case study. Informant\u27s business unit managers and 5 students who are members of the business unit SMKN 8 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the aim to describe objectively about the marketing of handicrafts. Data collection tool is a list of checks and interview guides. Processing data using analysis. The study states that the business unit has been doing 4 marketing mix of product, price, promotion, and distribution. The resulting product is of interest, towels, bags, pots, pencil, and others. Price starts from Rp 2.000 – Rp 250.000, which is considered in determining the price is the level of dificulty, while making, and creativity. Promotions are made in marketing handicraft products is by the spread of cards, participate in the exhibition and promotion through facebook.     AbstractThis study aims to determine how much the effects of school environment have a relationship on students learning motivation on 8 th J students in MTs N 2 Pontianak. The method is a quantitative approach by using descriptive analysis (correlation study). Research population and sample was the 8 th J students in class. Therefore, the instrument of data collection was using questionnaire. According to the results of data analysis it showed that: 1) School environment consists of 3 aspects they are teachers, physicals environment and social environment with few of indicators in each of the aspects. Therefore, the school environment in MTs N 2 Pontianak in the middle level with amounts of 25 by the percentage 67%. 2) Learning motivation consists of 2 aspects they are intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with few of indicators in each of the aspects. Therefore, students’ learning motivation in 8th J class is in the middle level by the percentage 67%. 3) Based on the data analysis the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,833 means 83, 3%. Adjusted R Square 0,685 means that school environment gave significant effects on students’ learning motivation by the percentage 68, 5%, while the remaining 31, 5% affected by the other factors.Keywords: School environment, Learning motivation, Social Science subject (IPS

    AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out how remedial teaching using discussion and question and answer methods can help students to achieve the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) for Basic Banking Subjects. The type of research used is qualitative research with case study method. The data sources of this study were students of class X AKL I and X AKL II who took part in remedial activities and a list of grades from students of class X AKL I and X AKL II. The data collection instruments started from observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique includes 3 activities, namely data reduction/data reduction, data presentation/data display, and conclusion drawing/conclusion drawing.From the results of the analysis carried out in this study, it can be concluded that remedial teaching using discussion and question and answer methods can help students in class X AKL I and X AKL II achieve the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) for Basic Banking Subjects.     AbstractThe tittle of this thesis is: The Implementation Of Learning Cross-Interest And Students’ Learning Achievement Of Class X MIA 1 MAN 2 Pontianak. The sub-problems in this study are 1. how is the meaning of learning cross-interest 2. how is the implementation of learning cross-interest in the students of class X MIA 1 MAN 2 Pontianak 3. How do students’ achievement of class X MIA 1 MAN 2 Pontianak on subjects cross-interest. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. To collect the data, the writer uses observation, interviews and documentation studies with data collection tool of observation guides, interview guides, notebooks and archives. The informants in this study are the subjects of teachers cross-interest and students of class X MIA 1. From the results of this study indicates that the subject teachers have implemented learning cross-interest well, both the way of learning and learning tools required to exist. This research focuses on studying the learning difficulties of class VIIIF students of SMPN 3 Pontianak during distant learning in learning materialsabout the arrival of western nations to Indonesia. The problems studied includeddifficulties in concentrating and recalling. The method used in this study isqualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique usedis data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Data verification is donethrough data triangulation and theoretical triangulation techniques. Based on theresults in this study, there are internal and external factors that make it difficult forstudents to focus and remember the subject matters. Internal factors include healthconditions, emotional states, internal motivation, and self-readiness to receive thelesson.
