    Particular features of interrelation of motivation, values and sense of life’s meaning as subjective factors of individualizing trajectory in the system of continuous education

    The relevance of the problem under study is based on the fact that, as regards methodological and theoretical aspects, the problem of value and motivational sphere is poorly elaborated regarding the interrelation between professional education and professional activity and on the empirical level there is no clear understanding of how the sense of purpose of life and own professional values is related to the professional motivation. The aim of the article is to identify the specific features of the interrelation and effects of meaning of life to the professional values and motivation. The leading method of research is questionnaire method which makes it possible to identify the following: level of sense of life’s purpose – method of life-meaning orientations, specific features of professional motivation – method “Motivation of professional activity” and method “Level of correlation between value and availability of value”. The article presents and discusses the results of empirical study of the interrelation between professional values, professional motivation and life-meaning orientations, as well as the effects of the level of life’s meaning on professional motivation. The practical value is the possibility to use the results of the research in developing programs for correcting and increasing professional motivation, as well as for developing technologies of psychology-pedagogical assistance to sense-making and professional self-identification in projecting and implementing individual educational trajectories in the continuous vocational education system. The article can be useful for specialists in professiology, teachers of technical subjects and professional consultants for forecasting professional development of a person. © 2016 Zavodchikov et al

    Research of Value Orientations and Professionally Significant Qualities of Secondary School Teachers at the Final Stage of Professionalization

    The relevance of the problem stated in the article is due to the fact that the professional life of a person in modern conditions is highly dynamic, associated with a significant complication of the content of work in traditional activities, in addition, the attitude to the profession, the meaning of work and its results changes. The article reveals the problem of research of value orientations and professionally significant qualities in teachers of secondary vocational education. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the relationship between value orientations and professionally significant qualities of professional schoolteachers at the final stage of professionalization. The leading methods of research of the stated problem are methods of theoretical and empirical data collection, methods of mathematical and descriptive statistics. The practical significance of the research is to develop a program of psychological and pedagogical assistance, support and development of professionally significant qualities of teachers of vocational schools.Актуальность заявленной в статье проблемы обусловлена тем, что профессиональная жизнь человека в современных условиях отличается высокой динамичностью, связанной со значительным усложнением содержания труда в традиционных видах деятельности, кроме того изменяется отношение к профессии, смыслу трудовой деятельности и ее результатам. В статье раскрывается проблема исследования ценностных ориентаций и профессионально значимых качеств у педагогов СПО. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования взаимосвязи ценностных ориентаций и профессионально значимых качеств педагогов профессиональной школы на завершающем этапе профессионализации. Ведущими методами исследования заявленной проблемы являются методы теоретического и эмпирического сбора данных, методы математической и описательной статистики.     The results of the study of professional identity and motivation of student activities are described. The article presents the review of modern foreign and domestic studies devoted to the phenomenon of professional identity, the peculiarities of motivation for professional activity, in particular volunteering. The article considers voluntary activity as an aspect of personal self-realization and professional development. Statistically significant differences in the psychological characteristics of professional identity and socio-psychological attitudes of volunteers and students who do not participate in volunteer activities are revealed.Описаны результаты исследования профессиональной идентичности и мотивации деятельности обучающихся. Представлен обзор современных зарубежных и отечественных исследований, посвященных феномену профессиональной идентичности, особенностям мотивации профессиональной деятельности, в частности волонтерской. Рассмотрена добровольческая деятельность как направление самореализации и профессионального становления личности. Выявлены статистически значимые различия психологических особенностей профессиональной идентичности и социально-психологических установок студентов-волонтеров и студентов, не участвующих в волонтерской деятельности
