How to improve computer performance
Nowadays a large number of people use computers for different purposes such
as games, work, listening to music, watching videos, making presentations etc.
However, while operating a computer, most users often have to cope with the low
performance of their machines. And as some people do not know how to optimize the
computers, they buy a new one, even more expensive, thinking that it will solve the
problem. In this case basic knowledge of computer optimization can save both time
and money
Modeling processes in IDEF0 (Integration Definition for Function Modeling). Lab manual for the course of "Modeling and reengineering business processes" for students specialized in fild of stady 124 – System analisis
The objective of the lab manual is to help students independently master the optional
discipline "Modeling and reengineering business processes" while doing the individual task and
learning how to deal with AllFusion Process Modeler. The lab manual is aimed at deepening and
consolidating the theoretical knowledge on structural, process and object-oriented approaches to the
business processes analysis; learning how to apply the methods of analysis for business process
modelling; mastering the modelling methods with the help of the CASE-tools.
The manual is aimed at activating the executive stage of students' educational activities fild
of stady 124 – System analisis
IDENTIFICATION OF HUMAN GRANULOCYTIC ANAPLASMOSIS AND MONOCYTIC EHRLICHIOSIS NATURAL FOCI IN THE KRASNOYARSK TERRITORY
Microbiological monitoring of the six districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was conducted in order to prove the existence of natural foci of human granulocytic anaplasmosis (HGA) and monocytic ehrlichiosis (HME) on its territory. Two-round PCR method was used for the detection of Anaplasma and Ehrlichia DNA. 374 samples from mites were analyzed with two-round PCR for the presence of Anaplasma and Ehrlichia DNA: 341 specimens of Ixodes persulcatus and 33 specimens of Haemaphysalis concinna. Ticks were collected from vegetation on the flag in the 6 districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: Yeniseisky, Achynsky, Sharypovsky, Ilansky, Minusinsky and Ermakovsky, belonging to different climate zones and have landscaped, geo-botanical and faunal features. The study showed that 5.6 % of taiga ticks infected with E. muris, 2,1 % with A. phagocytophilum. In 0.3 % of carriers we identified mixtinfected E. muris and A. phagocytophilum. These data indicate presence of HGA and HME foci in the central, western and southern parts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory
Progress in developing HCPV modules of SMALFOC-design Progress In Developing HCPV Modules Of SMALFOC-Design
Abstract: This work presents a module generation which has been named as "SMALFOC module design". The abbreviation reflects the main features of the modules: Small-size concentrators; Multi-junction cells; "All-glass" structure; Lamination technology; Fresnel Optics for Concentration. Investigated modules have revealed a quite low over-heating temperature of cells in the MPP regime of operation and a real way for increasing the PV efficiency, if the rear glass base is supplied with an antireflection coating. Outdoor and high/low temperature tests have shown a good potential for long-term operation of such a type of modules
Electrooxidation of organic substances on a platinum electrode Communication 2. Kinetics of the oxidation of alcohols, aldehydes, and carboxylic acids, considering the inhomogeneity of the surface of the platinum electrode
Laboratory operations manual is a self-study material for students specialized in
184 Mining, 185 Oil and gas engineering and technologies. It provides both
theoretical concepts of the material composition of the Earth’s crust and practical
recommendations for the laboratory classes focusing on mineral study, physical
properties, mineral composition and conditions of rock origin. It facilitates students’
preparation for the Modular assessment of the labs in the course of "Geology" and
develops their practical skills.
Test assessment criteria of the laboratory module are added
