БСгнСтоэлСктричСский дальний порядок, ΠΈΠΌΠ΅ΡŽΡ‰ΠΈΠΉ ΠΎΠ±ΠΌΠ΅Π½Π½ΠΎ ΡΡ‚Ρ€ΠΈΠΊΡ†ΠΈΠΎΠ½Π½ΡƒΡŽ ΠΌΠ°Π³Π½ΠΈΡ‚Π½ΡƒΡŽ ΠΏΡ€ΠΈΡ€ΠΎΠ΄Ρƒ, наблюдался Π² RMn2O5 Ρ‚ΠΎΠ»ΡŒΠΊΠΎ Π½ΠΈΠΆΠ΅ Ρ‚Π΅ΠΌΠΏΠ΅Ρ€Π°Ρ‚ΡƒΡ€Ρ‹ ΠΌΠ°Π³Π½ΠΈΡ‚Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ упорядочСния (TN = 35 – 40 K). ΠœΡ‹ считаСм, Ρ‡Ρ‚ΠΎ наблюдаСмая поляризация обусловлСна Π·Π°ΠΌΠΎΡ€ΠΎΠΆΠ΅Π½Π½Ρ‹ΠΌ супСрпараэлСктричСским состояниСм, ΠΊΠΎΡ‚ΠΎΡ€ΠΎΠ΅ формируСтся динамичСски равновСсными Π»ΠΎΠΊΠ°Π»ΡŒΠ½Ρ‹ΠΌΠΈ полярными областями Ρ„Π°Π·ΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ расслоСния.The polarization were revealed in multiferroics RMn2O5 at wide temperature interval (5 K - 330 K). The long-range ferroelectric order having an exchange-striction magnetic nature had been o served at low temperatures (T≀ TC = 30 - 35 K). We believe that the polarization we observed was caused by the frozen superparaelectric state, which was formed by the restricted polar domains resulting from phase separation and charge carriers self-organization
