Meanwhile, we live in a permanent renewable knowledge-based economy. Venture capital funds are not like other traditional financing companies as they have a pioneering vision which is clear and focused with the desire and the courage to take risks to achieve success on the local and global level. However, its contribution to start-up or -early-stage- companies is not only confined to being a strategic partner in financing them (or their novice projects) but rather it mixes this with its vision, pioneering experience, network relations, professional assistance in management, planning, in order to reach the institutional efficiency at the local and global levels. The study concluded that there is clarity from the managers of the companies that venture capital can provide companies with expertise and modern methods of management and regulations that could enable these companies to develop rapidly and attain its objectives in achieving institutional efficiency at the local and global level. At the same time it can rescue and develop troubled companies as well as attracting new investment to the funded companies

summary:We discuss three estimation methods: the method of moments, probability weighted moments, and L-moments for the scale parameter and the extreme value index in the generalized Pareto distribution under linear normalization. Moreover, we adapt these methods to use for the generalized Pareto distribution under power and exponential normalizations. A simulation study is conducted to compare the three methods on the three models and determine which is the best, which turned out to be the probability weighted moments. A new computational technique for improving fitting quality is proposed and tested on two real-world data sets using the probability weighted moments. We looked back at various maximal data sets that had previously been addressed in the literature and for which the generalized extreme value distribution under linear normalization had failed to adequately explain them. We use the suggested procedure to find good fits

In the past two decades, the world has witnessed an economic crisis and the collapse of major global companies. As example of these companies, the collapse of the US telecommunications company Worldcom in 2002, and the collapse of the largest energy companies in the United States, Enron, in 2001. The collapse of the world-renowned auditing firm Arthur Anderson to prove its involvement in the collapse of Enron, where the reasons for the collapse of these companies were found to be the low ethics of professionals and their use by some of the accounting practices known as creative accounting practices in order to create imaginary improve in their financial statement. Therefore, it was necessary to use modern accounting systems for management and control to reduce the practices and methods of the creative accounting, and help to protect the capital and the interests of all parties through the activation of transparency and accountability, and one of these accounting systems known as corporate governance and its tools
