PT.Delta Jaya Motor is a company engaged in the sale of spare parts yamaha motor that serves the needs of consumers in large enough quantities. PT.Delta Jaya Motor to retain customers and gain new customers with a wide range of strategies used. The strategy is meant here is the strategy of CRM (Customer Relationship Management ) which is one of the tools of collaboration with customers who use a variety of companies to maintain the relationship and create a situation of win-win by improving the value of customers\u27 lives every day through a variety of ways , so that the customer remain loyal to the services provided by these companies. So customer satisfaction will be measured by the success of product marketing. Design and analysis methods used in the development Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) is the system Linear Sequential atau Waterfall Model. This method is a classical model which is systematic and easy to understand because the successive stages of building a software ranging from process communication, planning, modeling, construction hingga proses deployment

Currently developing information systems development, which is a common, if Library has also adopted a separate information system to facilitate members of the library. libraries typically functioned by visitors as a medium to find references and information. Problem often encountered is that many libraries that have not implemented an integrated information system accessible to library members or prospective members of the library. With a library information system computerization it will provide convenience to the members of the library for reference and obtain the necessary information. This study aims to analyze and design a computerized library system and examine performance-based library information system. Library-based computerized system with the ability to accept registration data, display data in the form of searching for books, provide the book data availability, borrow and return books as well as the calculation of fines and report daily, weekly, monthly and yearly on the library system

Unexplained recurrent hematuria and clot retention following transurethral resection of the prostate

Severe hemorrhage following a prostatectomy is a rare and serious complication. A 60-year-old male with recurrent hematuria and clot retention following transurethral resection of the prostate  (TURP) which led to anemia presented at our department and was treated with repeated clot evacuation and fulguration and lastly re-resection and fulguration succeed to stop bleeding. At 18 months follow-up, the patient had recovered well. We concluded that re-resection and fulguration on fresh tissue without opening the venous sinusoids should be considered as one of the effective treatment of choice in recurrent hemorrhage following TURP.

Performance assessment of a solid desiccant air dehumidifier

The presence of moisture in the air along with temperature has a long term and devastating effect on man and material. One way to create a low humidity environment is by using a solid desiccant wheel system. In the present work, an experimental analysis has been carried out under steady-state conditions to investigate the effects of different operating parameters on a solid desiccant wheel system performances. An experimental rig consists of an FFB300 air dehumidifier system was constructed. A parametric investigation was carried out to examine the effects of the reactivation air inlet temperature and process air outlet velocity on the thermal effectiveness, dehumidification efficiency, and moisture removal rate of the desiccant wheel system. The analysis shows that both thermal effectiveness and dehumidification efficiency decrease with the increase of the reactivation air inlet temperature, by 2.5 % and 43 %, respectively. Likewise, when the process air outlet velocity increases both performances criteria reduce by 10 % and 28 %, respectively. The moisture removal rate increases significantly by 30 % as the reactivation air inlet temperature increases. However, the process air outlet velocity has no significant effect on the moisture removal rate

The solvation and dissociation of 4-benzylaniline hydrochloride in chlorobenzene

A reaction scheme is proposed to account for the liberation of 4-benzylaniline from 4-benzylaniline hydrochloride, using chlorobenzene as a solvent at a temperature of 373 K. Two operational regimes are explored: “closed” reaction conditions correspond to the retention of evolved hydrogen chloride gas within the reaction medium, whereas an “open” system permits gaseous hydrogen chloride to be released from the reaction medium. The solution phase chemistry is analyzed by 1H NMR spectroscopy. Complete liberation of solvated 4-benzylaniline from solid 4-benzylaniline hydrochloride is possible under “open” conditions, with the entropically favored conversion of solvated hydrogen chloride to the gaseous phase thought to be the thermodynamic driver that effectively controls a series of interconnecting equilibria. A kinetic model is proposed to account for the observations of the open system

Endophytes vs tree pathogens and pests: can they be used as biological control agents to improve tree health?

    Get PDF
Like all other plants, trees are vulnerable to attack by a multitude of pests and pathogens. Current control measures for many of these diseases are limited and relatively ineffective. Several methods, including the use of conventional synthetic agro-chemicals, are employed to reduce the impact of pests and diseases. However, because of mounting concerns about adverse effects on the environment and a variety of economic reasons, this limited management of tree diseases by chemical methods is losing ground. The use of biological control, as a more environmentally friendly alternative, is becoming increasingly popular in plant protection. This can include the deployment of soil inoculants and foliar sprays, but the increased knowledge of microbial ecology in the phytosphere, in particular phylloplane microbes and endophytes, has stimulated new thinking for biocontrol approaches. Endophytes are microbes that live within plant tissues. As such, they hold potential as biocontrol agents against plant diseases because they are able to colonize the same ecological niche favoured by many invading pathogens. However, the development and exploitation of endophytes as biocontrol agents will have to overcome numerous challenges. The optimization and improvement of strategies employed in endophyte research can contribute towards discovering effective and competent biocontrol agents. The impact of environment and plant genotype on selecting potentially beneficial and exploitable endophytes for biocontrol is poorly understood. How endophytes synergise or antagonise one another is also an important factor. This review focusses on recent research addressing the biocontrol of plant diseases and pests using endophytic fungi and bacteria, alongside the challenges and limitations encountered and how these can be overcome. We frame this review in the context of tree pests and diseases, since trees are arguably the most difficult plant species to study, work on and manage, yet they represent one of the most important organisms on Earth
