POLA ALOKASI WAKTU DAN KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN PEREMPUAN PEDAGANG SAYURAN DI PASAR PINASUNGKULAN KAROMBASAN MANADO
This study aims to determine the pattern of time allocation of women vegetable traders and their contribution to the household income. This research was conducted in Pinasungkulan Market, Karombasan, Manado for two month from June to July 2016. The primary data was collected from interviews with 15 women vegetable sellers who have a family. Secondary data were obtained from Sub-office Pinasungkulan Market. Data analysis was used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that, in general, women vegetables traders in the Pinasungkulan Market have started selling vegetables after they were married. Because as wives, they realized that they have to support their husbands to earn money for a living because of their husband's income is not sufficient. Time allocation patterns of the woman vegetable seller shave used an average of 15 hours per day for all their activities. They are selling vegetables, domestic activities and others social activities. Their time allocation daily respectivley consists of sold vegetables activities spend on average 8.9 hours (59.40%), for households 2, 6 hours/day (17.30%) and for other activities such as watching television and attending worship and other social activities, an average of 3.5 hours (23.3%). The conclusion from this study that the pattern of time allocation by women vegetable vendors in the Market of Pinasungkulan, Karombasan, women spend more time on economic activities than from domestic activities. Women vegetable sellers have earned average income of IDR 4.400 million per month with a 59.27% ​​contribution to the family income. While their husband shave contributed to the family income is lower than the wife of 19.09% with an average income of IDR 1.417 million per month. The contribution of other members of the household is income, especially children, are IDR 1.607 million per month (21.64%). Therefore, it can be concluded that women vegetables traders in Pinasungkulan Market are primary source of support for family.
ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP PELAYANAN WARUNK BENDITO DI KAWASAN MEGAMAS MANADO
This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with Warunk Bendito service in the Megamas Manado area. This research was conducted in three months starting from preparation to compiling the research report from January 2019 to March 2019. This study uses primary and secondary data. The sampling method in this study was done by accidental sampling. Primary data collection is done by interview technique directly to 60 respondents based on questionnaires that have been prepared in advance. While secondary data collection is obtained from existing documents Warunk Bendito, books available at local bookstores and the internet through google scholar searches to access articles from various scientific journals and other university “skripsi” related to this research, especially concerning consumer satisfaction with service. The results of the study using the Likert Scale analysis showed that the index of the level of consumer satisfaction with the service of Warunk Bendito in the Megamas area of Manado was at the point of 83.2% which was in the very satisfied category.*jnkd+erprm
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG BERAS DALAM MENGHADAPI FLUKTUASI HARGA DI KOTA MANADO
The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors that influence rice traders income to price increases in Pasar Bersehati Calaca and Pasar Pinasungkulan Karombasan Manado. To answer this purpose, analysis of multiple regressions is used. The study is conducted from December 2015 to January 2016 by using secondary data of Badan Pusat Statistik Sulawesi Utara, namely percentage price change from January 2015 until Desember 2015, and primary data taken from rice traders by using questionnaire. Result show that capital, price, stock, and output simultaneously have significant influence to income of rice traders. Partially, capital and output have positive influence to income of rice traders, whereas price and stock have negative influence to income of rice traders. ls & rr
TINGKAT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP TOKO INATON FLOWER DI KELURAHAN MOLINOW KECAMATAN KOTAMOBAGU BARAT
The objective of this research is to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with the product, price, place and service of the Inaton Flower Shop. This research was carried out from February to April 2021. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. Secondary data obtained through books, journals, and literature related to the topic of this research. The research result howed that the level of consumer satisfaction at the Inaton Flower Shop from the product, price, place, and service variables was 82.40%, generally classified as satisfied. The level of consumer satisfaction at the Inaton Flower Shop for the product variable is 83.11% classified as satisfied, the price variable is 82.33% classified as satisfied, and the place and variable is 84.44% satisfied. The service variable of 80.33% is classified as satisfied
Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Tomat Pada Bekas Lahan Tidur Di Desa Taraitak Satu Kecamatan Langowan Utara
This study aims to analyze the income of tomato farming on former unused land in Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months, starting from March to May 2021. The data collected in this study were primary data and secondary data. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling method of 10 respondents. The results showed that the income from respondent farmers with an average land area of 0.13 ha was Rp. 37,857,500, while the average total cost was Rp. 13,590,685, so that the total average income of farmers was Rp. 23,221,815. Tomato farming on a former idle land in Taraitak Satu Village received a production price BEP of Rp 120,271 per cash, so the situation was not profit or loss. In fact, the price per cash reached Rp 175,000 per cash, meaning the selling price was above the break-even point and the BEP production volume was obtained. production of 78 cash then the situation is not profit or loss in fact the production reaches 113 cash, this means that production is at the break-even point of production
ANALISIS RANTAI PASOK KOMODITI CABAI RAWIT DI PASAR BERSEHATI KOTA MANADO DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
This study aims to analysis the supply chain mechanism for the cayenne pepper commodity in the Bersehati Market of Manado City during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observations, direct interviews, and interviews via WhatsApp with traders, consumers, and service providers in the Bersehati market. Secondary data were collected and obtained from employees in the Bersehati Market. The sampling method was carried out using the purposive sampling method (deliberately), namely selecting sources of information in the Bersehati Market. Number of sample used in this study was taken 10 respondents divided into 5 retailers, 3 consumers, 1 service provider, 1 market officer. This study uses descriptive analysis which is an analytical method used to determine the supply chain mechanism of cayenne pepper. The results showed that the supply chain mechanism for the cayenne pepper commodity in the Bersehati Market during the Covid-19 pandemic was related to product flows, financial flows and information flows that had differences in each flow. During the pandemic, there were 6 links that played an active role in the supply chain for the chili commodity at the Bersehati Market

Analisis Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Aspek Bauran Pemasaran (Marketing Mix 7p) Pada Black Cup Coffee Roaster Di Kota Manado
This research aims to determine how consumers' perceptions of aspects of the existing marketing mix at Black Cup Coffee Roaster Manado. This research was conducted from March 2022 to June 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data isobtained from direct interviews with consumers using questionnaires, to 60 respondents. Secondary data is obtained from the documents of Black Cup Coffee Roaster. Secondary data was also obtained through the internet using Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the research topic, namely Consumer Perception Analysis on Aspects of the Marketing Mix (Marketing Mix 7P) at Coffeeshop. The results showed that consumer perceptions of aspects of the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Process, People and Physical Evidence) on the Black Cup Coffee Roaster were classified as good. In terms of the marketing mix (Product, Process, and People) applied by Black Cup Coffee Roaster, it is classified as very good. Efektivitas Media Online Terhadap Pemasaran Produk Usaha Kecil Menengah Bidang Kuliner Di Kecamatan Sario Kota Manado
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online media on the marketing of small and medium business products in the culinary field in Sario District, Manado City. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews in the field using a questionnaire to owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) who are working in the culinary field. Secondary data is data obtained from the second source of the required data. The number of respondents in this study were 20 SME owners in the culinary field in Sario District, Manado City. The data were analyzed using an interactive model data analysis technique consisting of four components of the analysis process, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it was found that with the existence of online media, sales of small and medium businesses in Sario District are very effective for owners. It can be seen from the increase in sales ranging from 30% to 60%. The online media used are facebook, whatsapp, instagram, gofood, grabfood, shopeefood and maxim food and goods
