ANALISIS EKONOMI PROGRAM KAWASAN INDUSTRI AGRO TERPADU (KIAT) PROVINSI GORONTALO

This research has been conducted in the Integrated Agro Industrial Area (TIP) Province of Gorontalo in November 2010 using the data and using linear programming models. The research aims to find the product combination of corn chips, nuts disco, peanuts eggs should be produced to achieve maximum profit, find out how much the maximum advantage can be achieved by TIPS, and TIPS determine the pattern of production, it is optimal or not. The results showed that the combination product should be produced (packaging / wrappers) sequentially from X1 to X13 are 2545, 314, 76.130, 344, 509, 331, 172, 7, 311, 180, 854, 7. The combination product is a combination of products that can provide maximum benefit. The maximum profit that can be achieved by following the TIP with the combination product that is equal to Rp8.770.206. This advantage is greater than the actual clappers TIPS. TIPS production pattern is not optimal, because for some products there is still a considerable difference between the optimal production and actual production in which the optimal production gives better results (large), and also there is no actual product produced equal to optimal productio

This study aims to see how big the role of PT. Kawanua Kahuripan Pantera (KKP) Against the economic social conditions of Pinolosian District of South Bolaang Mongondow District.The study was conducted from November 2016 to July 2017 (from preparation to report generation). The data used is primary data. This research is done by direct interview technique with company leader, employees as much (30 people), and Village Head (Sangadi) Pinolosian Subdistrict. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive analysis and will be presented in tabular form.The results of this study indicate the role of PT. KKP to socio-economic of Pinolosian Sub-district is public facility (Help for mosque and church worship place such as material fund for development and renovation), mangrove planting as many as 935 trees, clovepod assistance 26,510 pieces, job opportunity (Job Opening). ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN PEDAGANG SAYUR KELILING DI KELURAHAN MALALAYANG SATU TIMUR KECAMATAN MALALAYANG KOTA MANADO

The purpose of this research was to determine the profit of vegetable traders in East Malalayang Satu Sub-District, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research period is two months from January 2021 to February 2021. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by direct interviews with vegetable traders and secondary data obtained from the sub-district government. Sampling used the purposive sampling method, or the sampling technique was deliberately chosen to only 3 (three) traders selling their wares around the East Malalayang Satu Sub-District, Malalayang District, Manado City. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented in tabular form. To find out the income of mobile vegetable traders using income analysis. Based on the results of the study, the profit from selling vegetables by mobile vegetable traders who trade around the East Malalayang Satu Sub-District in one day is an average of Rp. 133.003

ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN PENGRAJIN TAHU BERDASARKAN CARA PEMBAYARAN DI KECAMATAN MALALAYANG, KOTA MANADO

The objective of this research is to compare the benefits received of tofu before and after the increase in soybean prices in the payment system: payment system prior to production and after to production. This research was conducted in June to November 2016. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews of 10 (ten) respondents and secondary data obtained from the Malalayang Sub-district Office and the office of Service Industry at the Manado City. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of business advantage. The research result indicate that the increase in soybean prices resulted in a decrease of 14.28 percent profit amounted to -9.46 percent tofu for a businessman who uses a payment system prior to production and craftsmen who use the payment system after production decreased to -22.04 percent, the difference between the profit decline of tofu businessman that using a payment system before production and after production amounted to 12.58 percent. *jnkd*

ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIABEL EKONOMI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI KABUPATEN HALMAHERA TIMUR

This study aims to (1) determine the influence of labor, investment, inflation rate, and change of head of region to economic growth in East Halmahera Regency at North Maluku Province, during the period 2004-2014, (2) and calculate the economic growth rate until 2019 based on the dominant economic sector. The type of research using library research method using PDRB data, East Halmahera Regency during 2004-2014 period published by Central Statistics Agency which calculated based on constant price in 2000. Model estimation results are calculated with the help of SPSS applications. The results showed the three variables (economic growth, labor, investment, and inflation) partially influence significantly to the variable of economic growth. While, the variable of Pilkada's existence was not gave a significant effect on economic growth. The average rate of economic growth generated by the government and society in this regency is cumulatively reaching 8.18% per year

MOTIVASI PETANI DALAM BUDIDAYA TANAMAN CABAI DI DESA RAANAN BARU KECAMATAN MOTOLING BARAT KABUPATEN MINAHASA SELATAN

This study aims to determine the motivation of farmers in chili cultivation and the factors that influence the motivation of farmers in cultivating chili plants in Raanan Baru Village. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis using the Likert scale. This research was conducted for three months, from January to March 2020. The research took place in Raanan Baru Village, Motoling Barat District, South Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with 30 farmers who cultivate chili plants as research samples. Secondary data were obtained from the village office, the Motoling Barat sub-district office, South Minahasa district The results showed that the motivation of farmers in cultivating chili plants in Raanan Baru Village was found that sociological motivation had a high interpretation value of 443.3 percent in the hope that it could fulfill their economic needs. Sociological motivation arose because of the desire to strengthen harmony and exchange opinions among chili farmers. Economic motivation has a high value interpretation with a percentage of 464 percent. Economic motivation arises because of the desire to get a higher income which can have a positive impact.

This study aims to identify factors causing the conversion of wetland to non-rice field in Tompaso Baru Sub-district of South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months from December 2017 until January 2018. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was optained from interview to respondent, while secondary data was optained from Tompaso Baru District office and BP4K. Pemanfaatan Program Pemerintah Bantuan Langsung Tunai Di Desa Tambelang Kecamatan Maesaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan

This study aims to determine the direct cash assistance (BLT) program is right on target in terms of accuracy of recipient recruitment, disbursement time, supervision and to determine community utilization of the BLT Program in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District. The research was carried out from January to February 2022. The data collected in the study were primary data obtained from direct interviews with BLT recipient communities using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Tambelang Village Office, as well as data related to research taken from the internet. The number of BLT recipients was 130 respondents who received BLT phase I in 2021 and phase II in 2021. The sample selected by Purposive Sampling was 60 respondents. The results showed that the use of the government's direct cash assistance program in Tambelang Village was appropriate, the recipients of the assistance had fulfilled the correct recruitment process in accordance with the implementation instructions, on time in disbursing funds, officers disbursed aid funds according to the specified schedule. The Government's Cash Direct Assistance Program is used by the community to meet their daily basic needs, namely buying rice, eggs, meat, transportation and for emergency funds, namely buying medicine and children's school needs

ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN KERAJINAN BAMBU TUTUL DI UD BETRIS KELURAHAN MERAS KECAMATAN BUNAKEN KOTA MANADO

The purpose of this study was to analyze the profits of souvenir key chains, miniature of large traditional houses, miniature of small traditional houses and miniature flowers at UD Betris. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by interviewing with owners of UD Betris spotted bamboo handy handycrafts in Meras Village, Bunaken District, Manado City. Secondary data was obtained from the internet through Google Scholar in the form of scientific journal articles and books related to this research topic. The profits of this business are different according to the type of handycrafts. The highest profit was obtained from the sale of large miniature traditional houses, namely Rp. 1,609,425; followed by the advantages of small traditional miniature houses of Rp. 716,480; the profit obtained from miniature interest is Rp. 179,165; while the lowest profit from the souvenir key chain is Rp. 5,898.*lrr+eprm
