Воспроизведение изображений ризографической печатью

Здійснено дослідження відтворення різних за градаційним вмістом зображень способом ризографії. Визначено оптимальні режими друку на ризографах для кожного виду зображення, надано рекомендації щодо їх вибору.Experimentally investigated graphic accuracy and tonal values of imprints printed on machines Duplo DP-S550 (reproduction through the interface), Riso GR-3750 (reproduction by scan), for originals of different gradation contents. By results of the study were made recommendations to the preparation of original layouts for risography. Identified technological features of the reproduction text, line and halftone images and developed practical recommendations for the operation and regulation of the printing modes for the risography.Проведено исследование воспроизведения различных по градационному содержанию изображений способом ризографии. Анализ влияния факторов технологии цифровой трафаретной печати на качество оттисков

Визначені та проаналізовані показники впливу на якість відбитків, отриманих цифровим трафаретним способом друку.As a result of the analysis of influence of technological factors risograph printing on the quality of the prints was determined that about 80 % of defective products associated with the nonobservance of technology, the use of inappropriate materials, malfunction of equipment, environment. Stable operation of the equipment and receipt prints of projected quality by digital screen printing method primarily depends on the choice of materials (ink, papers, master-film), correctness of preparation of the layout, as well as from integrated settings print modes: speed, amount of ink, modes of making the printing form, the density of the burn master tapes, etc. Definition of these parameters, their settings depending on the type of original, the characteristics of printing equipment, climate and other factors, provides a high-quality product.Определены и проанализированы показатели воздействия на качество оттисков, полученных цифровой трафаретной печатью
