Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Buton Selatan

Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Buton Selatan merupakan Badan yang mengacu pada peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, para pegawai diwajibkan mempunyai kinerja yang dapat membantu tujuan dari Badan Keuangan Kabupaten Buton Selatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penellitian ini  menggunakan jenis Probability Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan, uji validasi, uji rehabilitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji koefisien determinan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.3) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kienrja pegawai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh antara Motivasi dan Linkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Buton Selatan

SOSIALISASI PENTINGNYA VAKSIN COVID-19 DAN PEMBAGIAN MASKER DALAM RANGKA ADAPTASI DI ERA NEW NORMAL
