本稿においては，まず，子ども家庭福祉における地域子育て家庭支援の定義を定め，その背景として確認すべき子どもの発達や保護者の育児環境について考察した。そのうえで，地域子育て家庭支援政策の経緯を振り返り，その意義について述べた。また，地域子育て家庭支援の理念と原理について整理し，最後に，今後の方向として，子ども家庭福祉分野における地域包括的・継続的支援の実現と深く関わる支援であると述べた。In this study, community support for childrearing families in the field of child and family welfare was defined initially, and the crucial background issues of child development and parental childrearing environments were considered. Next, developments in government policy on community support for childrearing families were reflected on and their significance was discussed.In addition, the ideas and principles of community support for childrearing families were organized before proposing the development of comprehensive and continuous community support in the field of child and family welfare as well as support based on deep involvement

本稿においては，現代社会が直面している福祉課題に，社会福祉政策や実践がいかに対処できるかについて，仏教における共生概念をはじめとする仏教の考え方を中心に論じた。西欧の福祉原理を中心に展開し，体系化されつつある社会福祉であるが，そこにおける仏教を基調とした社会福祉の可能性を考察した。仏教における共生は，同時代の人々が共に生きるという視点を超え，一切衆生，すなわち生きとし生けるものとの共生が概念として含まれ，かつ，過去から未来へと続くいのちの共生が含まれていることも大きな特徴とされた。これらを踏まえたうえで，仏教から社会福祉の理念や援助観について照射した。This paper aims to discuss the implementation of social welfare policies based on Buddhist teachings, such as the symbiosis (living together) concept, for resolving modern society’s welfare issues. Contemporary social welfare was originally developed and institutionalized in accordance with Western principles; therefore, this paper also seeks to examine the potentiality of constructing a new welfare system based on Buddhist values.One of the major characteristics of the Buddhist symbiosis (living together) concept is that it transcends the conventional idea according to which people belonging to the same era live together harmoniously. It embraces all creatures and living things, thus enabling life itself to be sustained from the past to the future. Using this concept as the foundation of its argument, this paper highlights social welfare ideals and views on charity according to Buddhist principles

私のこれまでの子ども家庭福祉供給体制研究を総括し，子ども家庭福祉学の定義並びに私が重視している視点を列記して研究の到達点を提示した。そのうえで，今後の子ども家庭福祉学研究の論点として，地域共生社会の実現等の４点を提起した。I summarize my previous research on the systems for providing child and family welfare, enumerate the definitions of child and family welfare studies and the perspectives that I have emphasized, and present the outcomes of the research.Then, I propose four points to be discussed in future research on child and family welfare, including the realization of societies based on inclusive communities
