    Determinant Factors Driving Vocational Schools Students’ Intention to Use E-Learning

    The involvement of e-learning in entrepreneurship education has invited the attention of scholars in developed and developing countries throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. This paper examines the determinant factors driving intention to adopt e-learning entrepreneurship among vocational school students in Indonesia. A quantitative research method employed a survey model to explain in detail how the effect of endogenous variables on exogenous variables either directly or through moderator variables. A total of 430 vocational students in Jakarta of Indonesia were involved in this study and collected using the convenience technique. We are adopting Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) to estimate the proposed model. The findings indicate that teacher characteristic, learning content, playfulness, students’ perceived usefulness, and ease of use have a strong impact on the intention to use e-learning in entrepreneurship. The study also notes that variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use successfully moderated the effect of teacher characteristics, design of learning contents, and playfulness on the intention to use e-learning entrepreneurship. The findings of this research are the first step in studying the enactment of e-learning in entrepreneurship education

    Community service activities were held on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at the Al Musthofaiyah Islamic Education Foundation, Beji Village, Depok City. This activity aims to provide assistance and training related to the concept of entrepreneurship-based school management and improve teacher competencies as entrepreneurs in the field of education at the Al Musthofaiyah educational foundation in Depok. The method of activities used in this activity is the integrated approach method, which integrates various learning techniques such as lectures, briefings, questions and answers, case studies, discussions, games, sharing experiences. The result achieved is that the trainees can understand and apply entrepreneurial-based school management system

    This article aims to determine the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and student entrepreneurship intent of Faculty of Economics (FE), State University of Jakarta (UNJ) This research uses survey method with correlation approach.The results showed that there is a significant correlation between creativity, self efficacy and intent entrepreneurship of FE UNJ students where the result of calculation of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,635 and F count (F Change) = 49,785, and p-value = 0,000 <0,05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,404 , which implies that creativity (X1) and self efficacy (X2) together influence 40.4% of entrepreneurship intentions (Y).  Keywords: Creativity, Self Efficacy,  Entrepreneurship Intentio

    This study aims to find out: (1) the relationship between parenting and entrepreneurial intentions of students of the UNJ Economics Faculty; (2) the relationship between entrepreneurship curricula and entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the UNJ Faculty of Economics, and (3) the relationship between parenting and entrepreneurship curricula with entrepreneurial intentions of students of the UNJ Economics Faculty. This study uses a survey method with a correlation approach. Correlation approach is used to see the influence of the three independent variables, namely parenting and entrepreneurship curriculum that influence and are given the symbols X1 and X2, with the dependent variable entrepreneurial intention as being influenced and given the symbol Y. The results show that: (1) there is a correlation significant between parenting parents with entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the UNJ Faculty of Economics, where multiple correlation coefficients (Ry.12) = 0.359, F count (F Change) = 21.959, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and coefficient of determination or R square = 0.129; (2) there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurship curriculum and entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the Faculty of Economics, UNJ, where the correlation coefficient X2 to Y = 0.343, F count (F Change) = 19.695, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.117; (3) there is a significant correlation between parenting style and entrepreneurship curriculum towards entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the Faculty of Economics UNJ where the results of the multiple correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0.424, F count (F Change) = 16.122, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and its determination coefficient (R square) = 0.180. With the model compatibility test, the hypothesis model is by the empirical model with the same value as stated that the model can be accepted. &nbsp

    Publikasi merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing perguruan tinggi. Daya saing perguruan tinggi dapat dilihat dari jumlah publikasi ilmiah yang dihasilkan. Semakin produktif perguruan tinggi menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah, maka daya saingnya akan semakin tinggi. Kegiatan PKM ini merupakan salah satu tugas Tri Dharma dimana dosen dapat mengeksplor diri dan bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat. Kegiatan PKM bertujuan menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman dosen tentang publikasi di jurnal internasional bereputasi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FEUNJ), dan Fakultas Bisnis, Ekonomi, dan Akuntansi Universiti Malaysia Sabah (FBEA UMS). Peserta kegiatan ini adalah dosen FEUNJ dan FBEA UMS. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para peserta pelatihan dalam menghasilkan artikel berkualitas internasional. The competitiveness of tertiary institutions can be seen from the number of scientific publications produced. The more productive universities produce scientific publications, the higher their competitiveness. This community services activity is one of the Tri Dharma tasks where lecturers can explore themselves and socialize with the community. Community service activities aim to increase lecturers’ knowledge and understanding of publications in reputable international journals. This training activity was carried out by the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FEUNJ), and the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accounting, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (FBEA UMS). The participants in this activity were lecturers at FEUNJ and FBEA UMS. The results of this activity show an increase in the knowledge and skills of the trainees in producing international-quality articles.     Pengembangan Masyarakat: Merancang Media Pembelajaran yang Efektif dan Efisien Bagi Guru di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

    The Covid-19 pandemic, which has spread throughout the world, has had a significant impact on various sectors, one of which is the education sector. Schools must ensure to continue the learning process even though in any difficult and limited situations. Based on the interviews, observations, data analysis, and identification of the problems, we found some problems relates to these; suddenly changes to new learning models (school from home) caused by Covid-19 Pandemic, the lack of teacher’s competence in designing creative instructional media, and the lack of teacher’s training in designing media learning. Thus, teachers are required to design effective and efficient learning media as creative and innovative distance learning. This community service aims to help vocational teachers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi improve their competence and skills by designing effective and efficient PowerPoint as a learning media.
