    Absract : Earlier supplementary foods of breast milk (MP-ASI) is a food or beverage containing the nutrients given to baby or children aged 6-24 months in order meet nutritional needs in addition to breast milk. Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) is an infectious disease that attacks the respiratory tract that is caused by bacteria and viruses. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between earlier supplementary foods of breast milk (MP-ASI) in the incidence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in baby 0-6 months. The study design was a descriptive analytic with cross sectional method, the sample selection using purposive sampling. The results obtained are 38 respondents. Taking Chi-square p = 0.014 < = 0.05. Conclusions of these studies show a link between the feeding of Earlier Supplementary Foods of Breast Milk (MP-ASI) in the incidence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in baby 0-6 months working area of Public Health Moti, Ternate. Advice for health workers in order to further improve the plan, or the promotion of exclusive breast feeding until the age of 6 months and the provision of complementary feeding from 6 months regularly and directly.     :. Emergency room visits can happen to anyone, anytime, and anywhere, this condition requires the readiness of health workers to anticipate events. Management of the state of emergency aid in these areas is still very worrying. Many mortality that occurs in people who should be prevented if we have a concern about the issue. One indicator of the success of the medical countermeasures that speed to provide relief. Response time is the time between the surface demand response or the response time is ≤ 5 minutes. The purpose of this study to analyze differences in response time to emergency care nurses in the emergency department at the General Hospital GMIM Pancaran Kasih and in the General Hospital TK III Robert Wolter Monginsisdi Manado. Research Designe in this research is observational analytic using cross sectional design. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique totaling 30 respondents. Results using the Mann-Whitney test was obtained p value = 0.011 smaller than α = 0.05. The conclusion of this study is, There are significant differences between the response time nurse in the handling of emergency patients at the Emergency Unit of the General Hospital GMIM Pancaran Kasih and General Hospital TK.III Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado.     : Acute Respiratory tract Infection (ARI) is an acute invection involving the organ of the upper respiratory tract and loer respiratory tract. These infections are caused by viruses, fungi and bacteria. The role of parents in prevention ARI on toddlers as a role of parents child care. The role of parents in the prevention of ARI in infants included in the parental role in the prevention as usual affected by the disease are age infants and children who are immune are still susceptible to infection. Research purpose is to determine the relationship of the parents role in the prevention of the reccurence of ARI on toddlers in Bilalang Health Center Care Kotamobagu City. Research design is cross sectional. Population oi this research is toddlers that are suffering from acute respiratory infection in Bilalang Health Centers Kotamobagu City. The research sample as 40 toddlers. Research Results by using Chisquare test and statistical test was getting p Value=0,003<0,05. The conclusion showed there is relationship between the role of parents with respiratory infection on toddlers relapse. Advice Expected for health workers in the region to provide health information to improve knowledge of parents through awareness about respiratory disease
