This research is motivated by the unoptimally performance of teachers in a planning service program has so far not optimal. The research objective is to improve the performance of teachers in the planning service program in region Delanggu Klaten Working Group by 30 teachers. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and assignment of teachers in planning services program Analysis of data using a critical and comparative analysis. Indicators of success using the criteria limit minimal is 80, and the class completeness 100%. Research procedure uses cycles. From the results of research and discussion know that obtained summary data is the initial condition, Cycle I, II performance counseling teachers in planning services program, the initial conditions by an average of 75 and the first cycle an average of 80 and the second cycle by an average of 90 . from this data, it seems clear that an increase in the average value of the initial conditions to the first cycle of five digits (6.7%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 10 digits (12.5%), from pre cycle to the second cycle an increase of 15 digits (20%). The highest value of the initial stages of the condition by 84 and 90 as well as the first cycle of the second cycle of 98 It is clear that from the stage of initial conditions for the first cycle occurred from the initial conditions to the first cycle of six digits (7.1%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 8 digits (8.9%), and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 14 digits (16.7%). The lowest value obtained for the early stages of the condition of the first cycle of 67 and 72 and the second cycle of 87. thus, can be affirmed that the initial conditions of the stage to the first cycle an increase of 5 digits (7.5%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 15 digits (22.4%), and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 20 digits (29.9%). Percentage of performance criteria counseling teachers in preparing plan preparation program obtained from the initial conditions of 28% and the first cycle was obtained by 68% and the second cycle at 100%. It seems clear that the initial conditions of the stage to the first cycle an increase of 40%, from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 32%, and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 72%. Thus, teachers performance in counseling services from the initial conditions to the second cycle brought a significant rise

In Indonesia, learning of arts subject in elementary school (SD) is not in ideal conditions yet. This is due to the wide scope of material factors, provision abilities elementary art teacher, teaching a limited time, and the limited availability of instructional media. In connection with these problems, this research aims to develop learning media art in elementary school. Strategy development by testing the effectiveness of quartet card media themed musical archipelago which made in the first year of research in 2013. The method used in this research is a true experimental design with two experimental control group design. The research sample were 120 students in fourth level class from six elementary schools in the district of Wonogiri, Sukoharjo, and Karanganyar, Central Java. Data were collected by tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of research shows that quartet card media effectively improves the understanding of students on subjects musical diversity in Indonesia. It could describe, on significant level of p ≤ 0.05 the experimental group of student could increase the average level of significance reached on 0,025

One of the problems Padang City currently is the threat of floods. Maransi flood canal is a one of drainage building which can accommodate and drain the flood discharge. Maransi region and Aie Pacah is one of the flood-prone areas in the Padang City. Maransi regional flood control, Aie Pacah and surrounding area are being made with the construction of the vast maransi flood canal with catchman area 17,13 km2. This needs to be analyzed to determine the ability of the Maransi flood canal to accommodate maximum flood discharge. The data obtained from the local rainfall stations, agencies, field observations, literature and consultation with relevant parties. Rainfall estimates using rainfall data at last 10 years and using the method of Gumbel, Hasper, Wedwen. The calculation of flood discharge plan using the Rational method with 5 year annual return period for discharge is obtained 383 m3/sec. From maximum flood discharge plan, flood canal dimensions are obtained with wet sectional area 88m2, wet circumference 29,31m, Fingers Hydraulic 3,00m, speed 4,60m/sec. From dimensional analysis results are then compared with the dimensions of the existing flood canal known to percentage of discharge that can be accommodated is 81%. To reach the 100% capability to accommodate the maximum flood discharge the flood canal banks must be added height 55cm. Maransi flood canal development is was also adjusted to the Study Report On Padang Area Flood Control Project, JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), December 1983

Study was conducted in Arafura Sea in 2006. The area was divided to four sub-areas; namely West of Aru Island, East of Aru Island, West of Mapi and Mimika, and Tanjung Dolak. In the west of Aru Island we found 26 families of ichthyoplankton, in which the dominant were Clupeidae, Labridae, and Teraponidae. Larvae abundance was mean 204 individuals/1000 m3, ranged from 16 ind./ 1000 m3 to 1138 ind./lOOO m3. Eggs abundance mean 119 /1000 m3, ranged from 9 eggs /1000 m3 to highest 590 eggs /1000 m3. Sub area East of Aru Island we found 24 families, in which dominant were Balistidae, Engraulidae, and Scaridae. Abundance of larvae mean 1126 ind/1000 m3, varied from 15 ind/1000 m3 to 3,844 ind/1000 m3. Mean abundance of eggs was 188 eggs/1000 m3, varied from 9 eg'gs/1000 m3 to 532 eggs/1000 m3. Sub area West Mapi and Mimika was found 24 families, in which the dominant are Engraulidae, Scaridae, and Clupeidae. Mean of larvae abundance 12.008 ind./lOOO m3, ranged from 13 ind./lOOO m3 to 39,356 ind./ 1000 m3. Mean abundance of eggs was 105 eggs/1000 m3, ranged from 0 /1000 m3 to 731 eggs /1000 m3. Sub area Tanjung Dolak was found 21 families, in which the dominant were Scianidae, Kyphosidae, and Clupeidae 16.35 %. Mean abundance of larva 1025 ind./lOOO m3, was least 3 ind./lOOO m3 and highest 6072 ind./lOOO m3. Mean abundance of eggs 33 /1000 m3, which it varied from 0 /1000 m3 to 149 eggs /1000 m3
