Gaming simulation technology in the development of professional- creative competence of students learning english

The structure of the presented technology includes objective, methodological, content, organizational and technological and result components. The introduction of gaming simulation as an educational technology in the process of the English language training aimed at developing creative educational space which defines the professional-creative competence development of the students - future specialists of foreign language and culture
Features of laboratory indices in workers of chemical production with occupational skin diseases
Changes of haematological and biochemical indices depending on the nosological entities of occupational diseases and the gender were analyzed in workers of chemical complex. Changes of these indices depending on the gender identity were revealed in workers with skin hyperkeratinization at the conduction of medical examination. Eosinophilia, lymphocytosis and leukopenia were revelaed in men with hyperkeratinization, increase of hemoglobin quantity and leukopenia were revealed in women with hyperkeratinization. There were no differences depending on the gender in patients with skin cancer
THPP target assignment reveals EchA6 as an essential fatty acid shuttle in mycobacteria
Phenotypic screens for bactericidal compounds against drug-resistant tuberculosis are beginning to yield novel inhibitors. However, reliable target identification remains challenging. Here, we show that tetrahydropyrazo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide (THPP) selectively pulls down EchA6 in a stereospecific manner, instead of the previously assigned target Mycobacterium tuberculosis MmpL3. While homologous to mammalian enoyl-coenzyme A (CoA) hydratases, EchA6 is non-catalytic yet essential and binds long-chain acyl-CoAs. THPP inhibitors compete with CoA-binding, suppress mycolic acid synthesis, and are bactericidal in a mouse model of chronic tuberculosis infection. A point mutation, W133A, abrogated THPP-binding and increased both the in vitro minimum inhibitory concentration and the in vivo effective dose 99 in mice. Surprisingly, EchA6 interacts with selected enzymes of fatty acid synthase II (FAS-II) in bacterial two-hybrid assays, suggesting essentiality may be linked to feeding long-chain fatty acids to FAS-II. Finally, our data show that spontaneous resistance-conferring mutations can potentially obscure the actual target or alternative targets of small molecule inhibitors
Local immunity of the oral cavity at the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores
For the purpose of studying of local immunity of an oral cavity, studying of the dental status of employees of Uchalinsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works is carried out. Objects of a research were 235 male employees of Uchalinsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works aged from 18 up to 60 years and 90 people of control group who don't have professional harm and similar on age and sex sign. We have revealed the return correlation communication of indicators of local immunity of an oral cavity with severity of diseases of the parodont and with an experience of workers. Methods of prevention and treatment of diseases of the oral cavity at the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores
Studying of the dental status of the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores is carried out. Objects of a research were 135 workers of Uchalinsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores. At workers we have revealed high prevalence of caries of teeth, diseases of fabrics of the parodont and a mucous membrane of an oral cavity. In this regard there was a need of development of methods of treatment and prevention of dental diseases at workers of UGOK. We have created the program of prevention and treatment of dental diseases at employees of mining and processing works. Assessment of risk of development of diseases of the oral cavity in the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores
For the purpose of studying of risk of development of diseases of an oral cavity in the employees of mining and processing works occupied with production and processing of copper-zinc ores comprehensive dental examination of 235 workers and group of control of 90 people is conducted. Results of researches have shown that the dental incidence of workers of UGOK is caused by influence of harmful factors of production.
