    Fingerprint image matching is an important procedure in fingerprint recognition. Robust fingerprint image matching under a variety of different image capture conditions is difficult to achieve, because of changes in finger pressure, variation of the angle, etc. Fingerprint matching is very important for the development of fingerprint system recognition that is sensitive to finger pressure. This paper proposes a fingerprint matching algorithm that enables the so-called fingerprint template (extracted specific part (region of interest (ROI)) of a person’s fingerprints to be matched to the different fingerprint of the same person or different people taken on different time, angle and a different finger pressure using normalized cross-correlation (NCC). This algorithm was implemented in MATLAB. The results showed that the maximum NCC value for ROI of the source fingerprints and targets that was greater than 0.62 indicates a strong correlation or similarity.

    Metode geolistrik tahanan jenis merupakan salah satu dari metode geofisika yang dapat mendeteksi aliran listrik di bawah permukaan bumi. Salah satu aplikasi metode geolistrik tahanan jenis adalah dapat mengidentifikasi keberadaan pipa di bawah permukaan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode geolistrik tahanan jenis dengan konfigurasi Wenner–Schlumberger. Metode Wenner–Schlumberger adalah metode dengan sistem aturan spasi yang konstan dengan catatan faktor pengali ’n’ adalah perbandingan jarak antara elektroda C1-P1 atau (C2-P2) dengan P1-P2. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah resistivitymeter yang dilengkapi dengan empat  buah elektroda yang memiliki kemampuan dalam pembacaan output respon tegangan akibat arus yang diinjeksikan ke dalam permukaan pasir melalui dua buah elektroda arus dan dua buah elektroda potensial. Masukan instrumen tersebut berupa sumber tegangan DC sebesar 12 volt. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan sofware Res2Dinv untuk memetakan  isoresistivity 2D di bawah permukaan yang diukur. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai resistivitas pipa sebesar 181.654 ?m yang berada pada rentang nilai resistivitas pipa yang diamati sebesar 105 - 107 ?m.<br /

    Image recognition is a mechanism to recognize an image that is not recognized by eyes, using certain method. This research was fingerprint recognition based on wavelet transforms and neural network. The aims of this research are to find the best wavelet and to know what the performance of this method is. Fingerprint recognition algorithms start from extracting an image to find image signature by choosing a little wavelet transforms coefficients that have the biggest magnitude value and neural network was used to select the best match (likeness) to original images in the collection. The test were carried out in three kind of wavelets viz Coiflet 6, Daubechies 8, dan Symlet 8 and 5 types of query images (pure, blur, noise, pencil sketch, and edge) and each query image has 30 samples. Query\u27s success rates were determined by using one percent threshold value times size of databases. The result show that this method has good performance, which the average of success rate over 90% and need a little time query. The Symlet 6 can be considered to be the best wavelet for fingerprint image recognition, with success rate 96.36%. With respect to the elapsed query time, of about 0.11 second, the above method is sufficiently efficient for the database size of 1500 records

    Mendana Raya Village is one of 16 villages in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The obstacle that is often faced by Mendana Raya Village is the lack of knowledge about the age limit that is allowed to marry or the Marriage Age Maturity (PUP). So far, efforts have been made to make the Mendana Raya Village community aware of reducing the number of early marriages through lectures. An alternative method that researchers use to reduce the number of early marriages in Mendana Raya Village is to conduct counseling with the addition of several methods so that adults and children can understand them well. Some of the methods that the service uses are lectures, question and answer questions with prizes and discussions. The product of this counseling cannot be seen directly because it is knowledge, behavior and decisions between individuals. To find out the level of success of the counseling that was carried out, the servant conducted a short interview regarding Marriage Age Maturity to children and parents. The result after counseling is an increase in understanding and knowledge of each resident of Mendana Raya Village

    Analisis Big Data Geomagnetik Dengan Metode Diferensiasi Sebagai Prekursor Gempa Lombok Tahun 2018

    Lombok is an area with the highest geomagnetic anomaly in Indonesia (Zubaidah et al., 2014). From the end of July to the end of August 2018, Lombok experienced a series of fairly large earthquakes. Identification of geomagnetic signals, especially in the Ultra Low Frequency (ULF) spectrum, can be used as earthquake precursors (Saroso, 2010). Intermagnet IAGA (International Aeronomy Geomagnetic Association) is a network of international geomagnetic observatory stations that have large world geomagnetic data. Big data analysis is very important because very large information is needed in disaster mitigation. This study uses geomagnetic data per second for 24 hours from 28 August to 30 November 2018 taken from Kakadu (KDU) Australia and Nurul Bayan Station (NRB) Lombok. The analytical method used is Differentiation by calculating the F value (total magnetic field) for KDU and NRB, then look for the difference and analyze the pattern. The results found that there was an anomaly phenomenon of the Earth's magnetic field in Nurul Bayan Lombok which was detected for 17 days during October 2018.

    possibilities of the source of geomagnetic anomaly in Lombok Island, i.e. a specific local structure composed by a quite large magnetic body or a local fault in this region that could be associated with a source of seismic hazard (especially earthquakes). An interesting profile could be estimated lie around the minimum geomagnetic anomaly (8045’36”S, 11601’48”E) to the maximum one (8043’48”S, 1160 5’24” E). Understanding the corresponding structure on that profile is very important - related to the possibility of the source of geomagnetic anomaly in Lombok Island - in order to get further information about potentially local fault in this region as a source of earthquakes hazard. Geoelectric method with vertical electrical sounding (VES) configuration have been applied in this profile, on three VES points (i.e. one point between the minimum and the maximum geomagnetic anomaly (X1: 8046’42.9”S, 116004’07.7”E), and two other points outside (X2: 8046’03.3”S, 115058’39.9”E; which is on negative anomaly area) and (X3: 8042’11.6”S, 116008’27.2”E; which is on positive anomaly area). The potency of X1 as a critical zone has been shown, with the existence of resistivity contrast in this area, which its resistivity value between X2 (very high resistivity; r &gt;25,000 Wm) and X3 (very low resistivity; ; r &gt;1 W m). This results lead to the potentially local fault in this region as a source of earthquakes hazard.</p
