The article presents an analysis of the possibilities for improving the information component of decision­making mechanisms in the system of local government and self­government. It is shown that the results of studies of the positions of the city communities on urgent issues of urban development can serve as a resource for increasing the effectiveness of the processes of preparation and decision-making. Изучение отдельных морфометрических параметров роста и развития крупноцветковых сортов Chrysanthemum indicum (L.) в условиях закрытого грунта.

В настоящее время в промышленном цветоводстве культура Chrysanthemum indicum L. благодаря низкой энергоемкости и большому сортовому разнообразию считается одной из наиболее перспективных культур осенне-зимнего периода. В статье представлены результаты многолетних исследований по проведению морфометрических исследований и сравнительного анализа крупноцветковых сортов Ch. indicum в период максимального цветения, а также по определению оптимальных сроков черенкования посадочного материала сортов «Mirage», «Imperial» и влиянию на укоренение, рост и развитие регуляторов роста с целью получения максимальной продуктивности данных сортов. В задачи исследования входила апробация физиологически активных химических веществ (гомобрассинолида и эпибрассинолида) в условиях закрытого грунта на на базе Центрального ботанического сада Национальной академии наук Беларуси. = At present, the industrial floriculture culture Chrysanthemum indicum L. thanks to the low power con-sumptionanda large varietal diversity is one of the most promising crop of autumn-winter period. The article presents the results of years of research on the conduct of morphometric studies and comparative analysis of large-flowered varieties -Ch. indicum in the period of maximum flowering, as well as on the determination of optimal terms of propagation of planting material of varieties «Mirage», «Imperial» and the effect on rooting, growth and development of herbal remedies in order to maximize the productivity of these varieties. The aims of the research was part of approbation of physiologically active chemicals (homobrassinolide and epibrassinolide) in the conditions of glass-covered ground on the basis of the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belaru
