    We show a practical application of colloidal quantum dots as a luminescent converters for operating large-area solar modules.     In this paper we show the results of preliminary studies on the synthesis of biocompatible nanoparticles PbX / CdY (X = S, Se, Y = S, Se). A set of synthesis methods was developed on the basis of existing analogues. Optimum parameters of synthesis allowing to obtain the particles of necessary quality are found
