THE EFFECT OF BLOWN AND WORK EXPERIENCE OF PROFESSIONAL NURSING MODEL (MAKP) THROUGH NURSING COMPETENCE IN SAYANG HOSPITAL THE PEOPLE MAKASSAR

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of training and work experience on the professional nursing care model (MAKP) through nurse competence at the Sayang Rakyat Hospital Makassar. The research design used in this study was a survey with a quantitative approach. The study population was all nurses in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar. The method of determining the sample used in this study uses a total sampling technique (saturated sampling) with a total sample used by 100 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis using multiple linear regression test.The results showed that: Training for nurses' competencies in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar had a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0.006 ttable or 1,933> 1,660.Keywords: Education and Training, Work Experience, Nurse Competence, Professional Nursing Care Model (MAKP

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI, DAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA MAGANG DI PUSKESMAS MANGKOSO KABUPATEN BARRU

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Puskesmas Mangkoso Kabupaten Barru. Sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 30 responden pada Puskesmas Mangkoso Kabupaten Barru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak – pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga magang Di Puskesmas Mangkoso Kabupaten Barru (2) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga magang Di Puskesmas Mangkoso Kabupaten Barru (3) kedisiplinanberpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga magang Di Puskesmas Mangkoso Kabupaten Barru (4) kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga magang Di Puskesmas Mangkoso Kabupaten Barru Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Kedisiplinan, dan Kinerja Tenaga Magang  ABSTRACTThis research was carried out at Mangkoso Public Health Center in Barru Regency. PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP DAN KETERAMPILAN PERAWAT TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RS LABUANG BAJI MAKASSAR

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah:(1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS Labuang Baji Makassar, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS Labuang Baji Makassar, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS Labuang Baji Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menitikberatkan pada pengujian hipotesis, dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji parsial membuktikan bahwa (1).Variabel pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap di RS Labuang Baji Makassar nilai signifikansi = 0,003 yang berarti bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima yang menyatakan ada pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap Di RS Labuang Baji Makassar,(2). Berdasarkan uji parsial bahwa Sikap memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap Di RS Labuang Baji Makassar.dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 yang berarti hipotesis alternative diterima yang menyatakan ada pengaruh sikap terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap Di RS Labuang Baji Makassar, (3). PENGARUH TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN TB PARU MELALUI PERILAKU MASYARAKAT DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TANASITOLO KECAMATAN TANASITOLO KABUPATEN WAJO

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Lingkungan Terhadap Pencegahan Penularan TB Paru Melalui Perilaku Masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanasitolo,Kecamatan Tanasitolo Kabupaten Wajo,  baik pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada wilayah kerja puskesmas tanasitolo Kecamatan tanasitolo Kabupaten Wajo  dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 Kepala Keluarga. sehingga sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling sederhana secara acak . Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Tingkat Pengetahuan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penularan TB Paru secara langsung. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui Perilaku adalah  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencegahan penularan TB Paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanasitolo Kecamatan Tanasitolo Kabupaten Wajo. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui Perilaku adalah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Data collection tools using questionnaires were analyzed by validity and reliability. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: The level of knowledge has a negative and significant effect on the prevention of transmission of pulmonary TB directly. While indirect influence through behavior is a positive and significant effect. Environment has a positive and significant effect on the prevention of transmission of pulmonary TB in the Work Area of Tanasitolo Health Center, Tanasitolo District, Wajo District. While indirect influence through behavior is a positive and significant effect. Kecerdasan Emosional Merupakan Parsial Mediator Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar

ABSTRAK Perawat dalam Rumah Sakit adalah ujung tombak dalam pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kegiatan operasional rumah sakit. Maka dari itu kinerja perawat dituntut bekerja secara efektif dan profesional dalam melayani pasien. . Kinerja merupakan suatu fungsi kemampuan pekerja dalam menerima tujuan pekerjaan, tingkat pencapaian tujuan dan interaksi antara tujuan, dan kemampuan pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kecerdasan emosional perawat RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan desain penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perawat RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar yang berjumlah 117. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan 90 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada responden untuk diisi. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengalaman kerja secara tidak langsung melalui kecerdasan emosional perawat RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,083 < nilai pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,241. There fore the performance of nurses is required to work effectively and professionally in serving patients. Performance is a function of the ability of workers to accept work goals, the level of achievement of goals and interactions beetwen goals, and the ability of workers. This study aims to examine and analyse the influence of work experience on performance through emotional intelligence of nurse Labuang Baji hospital Makassar. This research method is using survey research design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all nurses Labuang Baji hospital Makassar amounting to 117. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with the number of samples used by go respondents. Data collection is done by providing questionnaires to respondents to be filled out. Data analysis uses path analysis using multiple linear regression tests. The conclusion of the result of this study is indirect work experience through emotional intelligence nurse Labuang Baji hospital Makassar does not have a positive and significant effect on performance with an indirect influence value of 0,083 < direct influence value of 0,241. Soppeng, (3) Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Intervensi keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap Puskesmas Takalala Kab. Soppeng, (4) Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap Puskesmas Takalala Kab. Sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling, yaitu dilakukan dengan mengambil responden pasien yang kebetulan ada saat pengumpulan data dilakukan. Sampel berjumlah 89 responden pada UPTD Kesehatan Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara langsung kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) reliability berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di UPTD Kesehatan Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru, (2) assurance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di UPTD Kesehatan Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru, (3) tangible berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di UPTD Kesehatan Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru, (4) empathy berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di UPTD Kesehatan Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru, (5) responsiveness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di UPTD Kesehatan Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru, (6) pelayanan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di UPTD Kesehatan Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru.Kata Kunci : Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, Empathy, dan Responsiveness  ABSTRACTThis research aims to (1) determine and analyze the effect of reliability on patient satisfaction in the New Bojo Health UPTD in Barru Regency, (2) determine and analyze the effect of assurance on patient satisfaction in the New Bojo Health UPTD in Barru Regency,(3) determine and analyze the effect of tangible on patient satisfaction in the New Bojo Health UPTD in Barru Regency, (4) determine and analyze the effect of empathy on patient satisfaction in the New Bojo Health UPTD in Barru Regency,(5) determine and analyze the effect of responsiveness on patient satisfaction in the New Bojo Health UPTD in Barru Regency,(6) determine and analyze the effect of service quality simultaneously on patient satisfaction in the New Bojo Health UPTD in Barru Regency. This research was carried out at the New Bojo Health UPTD in Barru Regency. The sample uses accidental sampling method, which is done by taking patient respondents who were there when the data collection was done. Samples were 89 respondents in the New Bojo Health UPTD in Barru Regency.
