From the point of view of the system analysis the connections between elements of such system are the means of influence of its elements at each other and their interaction among themselves which causes system functioning in space and time. The basic principles of creating the model of structural coherence of the system of ecological safety maintenance are presented on the example of two sets: sets of threats of emergency situations occurrence and sets of mechanisms of their prevention and elimination. Interaction between sets of system is considered on the basis of a complex as a whole, considering the existing connections between elements of system of ecological safety. Elements connectivity of

Π±Π΅Π·ΠΏΠ΅ΠΊΠΈ.In this work applications of structural analysis methods for hydraulic structures (HS) system security were reviewed. The basic principles of security connectivity model creation were presented with help of the Q-analysis on the examples of two sets: the set of threats and the set of security actions. The connectedness of elements of this system was investigated, numerical values of eccentricities and p-holes were calculated, and the degree of complexity of security system elements was analyzed. Spectral characteristics of an advanced x-ray generator at the KIPT based on compton back-scattering
An international co-operative project to develop an advanced X-ray source on the basis of Compton back-scattering is described. The goal is the re-configuration of the Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology (KIPT) N-100 storage ring to support the efficient interaction of its electron beam with a high power pulsed-laser cavity. At equilibrium both the electron and X-ray beams' phase space characteristics are determined by a balance of stochastic photon cooling and emission. In this paper the operating parameters and fundamental spectral and temporal properties of the novel source are summarized and the potential for its development into an ultra-short pulse source is discussed.</p
