The image of a political leader is considered as a discursive phenomenon, structured by a set of practices. Two practices bring together the images of Stalin and Putin: 1) use of specific nominations of a leader; 2) reproduction of laudatory slogans addressed to a leader. The gatekeeping practices and the content of leaders' images in considered discourses are fundamentally different. The modern Russian media select the most spectacular breaking news with the participation of Putin and construct the star image, well sold to the Russian consumer. Soviet media refuse any sensationalism, covering only official and routine events with the participation of Stalin. So the contradiction is revealed between the ordinary actions of the leader and the endless praise for Stalin as a deified father. Β© 2020 University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Ideological concept of "liberalism" in modern Russian proXgovernment media discourse
It is shown that the practices of modern Russian pro-government media discourse lead to desemantization of ideological concept "liberalism" and its negative evaluation. As a result, this ideological concept is used as a pejorative, synonym for opposition and antonym for patriotism.ΠΠΎΠΊΠ°Π·Π°Π½ΠΎ, ΡΡΠΎ ΠΏΡΠ°ΠΊΡΠΈΠΊΠΈ ΡΠΎΠ²ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠ΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΎΡΡΠΈΠΉΡΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΏΡΠΎΠΏΡΠ°Π²ΠΈΡΠ΅Π»ΡΡΡΠ²Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΌΠ΅Π΄ΠΈΠ°Π΄ΠΈΡΠΊΡΡΡΠ° ΠΏΡΠΈΠ²ΠΎΠ΄ΡΡ ΠΊ Π΄Π΅ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠ°Π½ΡΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΠΈ ΠΈΠ΄Π΅ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³Π΅ΠΌΡ Β«Π»ΠΈΠ±Π΅ΡΠ°Π»ΠΈΠ·ΠΌΒ» ΠΈ ΠΏΡΠΈΠΏΠΈΡΡΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ Π΅ΠΉ ΠΎΡΡΠΈΡΠ°ΡΠ΅Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΊΠΈ. About Actualization of Discursive Practices of Identification in the Information Warfare
The author proposes a new approach to the definition of information warfare as a discursive phenomenon that consists in construction of reality harmful to any object or its image in the media discourse. This approach allows us to consider the information warfare as a factor actualized discursive practices of identification which involve 1) inclusion of the subject in Β«we-groupΒ» and 2) opposition of the subject to others (Β«they-groupΒ»). The material of the study is Russian media texts for the 2014-2015.ΠΡΠ΅Π΄Π»Π°Π³Π°Π΅ΡΡΡ Π½ΠΎΠ²ΡΠΉ ΠΏΠΎΠ΄Ρ

INFLUENCE OF VARIOUS ANOMALIES IN THE VEHICLE AND TRACK PARAMETERS ON THE POSSIBILITY OF DERAILMENT
A detailed non linear model of the four-axle real vehicle, considering both vertical and lateral
vibrations has been proposed. Inertial and elastic-viscous properties of the track have
been taken into account. Comparison of the theoretical investigations and on-track tests
has confirmed the rather good authenticity of the model. The calculations for anomalies
either in track or in vehicle parameters as well as for their combinations have been
performed

Practices of Constructing Regional Identity in the Media Discourse of Tatarstan
The authors consider identity as a conditional discursive construct, the result of subjects of discourse identifications and offer their own methodology for its analysis. It is shown that regional identity can be represented in the form of a model based on spatial and temporal identifications that specify the coordinate system of reality in which there are residents of the region in question. The concept of space-time is complemented by a set of diverse thematic identifications, including economic, political, cultural, ethnic, religious, linguistic, etc. For the first time in the framework of the socio-constructionist paradigm, a discursive model of the regional identity of the inhabitants of Tatarstan is constructed in the article. The empirical material of the study is the corpus of texts of Tatarstan media for 2017-2019. It is shown that the spatial identification of Tatarstan people includes the practice of selecting, nominating and describing significant geographical objects, the practice of constructing relations of Tatarstan with other geographical objects. Particular attention is paid to the practice of constructing the capital status of a regional center, as well as the relationship of spatial and political identifications. Analyzing the practices of ethnic, religious, linguistic and cultural identification, the authors come to the conclusion that the identity of the Tatarstan people is ethnocentric: despite the declared multinationality and multi-confessionality of the region, Tatars as an ethnic group, Tatar language, Tatar culture and Islam as a traditional religion of the Tatars are of particular importance

The author focuses on the discursive construct of the Great Patriotic War. It is shown that the history of this war is mythologized in the modern Russian media discourse. In this regard, the practice of sacralization of the subjects and objects associated with this war is being actualized. Sacralization leads to the assertion of the canonical version of history and the taboo of a critical understanding of the mythologeme. Moreover, the means of tabooing are used not only as a propaganda method, but also as a legal prohibition
Β«What is Good and what is Bad?Β»: Construction Ofsocial Norms in the Russian Media Discourse Duringthe Pandemic
The research is carried out in line with discourse analysis. It is devoted to the practices of construction social norms in the Russian media discourse during the pandemic. It is shown that the media fix the normality of using medical masks and selfmedication for coronavirus disease. A paradoxical contradiction between the declaration of the non-normality of some phenomena and their legitimation through mentioning in the media is revealed.ΠΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ Π²ΡΠΏΠΎΠ»Π½Π΅Π½ΠΎ Π² ΡΡΡΠ»Π΅ Π΄ΠΈΡΠΊΡΡΡ-Π°Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ·Π°. It is shown that the beginning of the pandemic becomes a new reference point. The present is structured by waves and strains of the coronavirus; the past acts as a standard of normal life or a benchmark for comparison with the present; the future, balancing between utopia and dystopia, is being constructed more actively than before. The construct of space reveals two dichotomies. The first relates to the coexistence of the global world and the local space. The second involves the division of space into open and closed
