    Non-communicable diseases are quite serious public health problems and require more comprehensive and multidisciplinary care. The high mortality rate caused by heart disease, stroke, gout and diabetes mellitus is caused by unhealthy eating patterns, unhealthy habits, lack of physical activity and stress. Indonesia is the 4th country with people with diabetes mellitus after China, India and the USA. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a cause of increased risk of stroke, heart and kidney. The number of Majelis Taklim assemblies and Pengajian can be used maximally by health workers to socialize health programs in improving community health status. Perwiritan An-Nur, Marindal Village 1 Kec. Patumbak Kab. Deli Serdang is thought to have a high risk of non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, stroke, gout and diabetes mellitus. Observation of the habits of the community has an unhealthy lifestyle. This community service carried out 2 activities namely promotion and prevention with 30 samples. Educational activities are education about hypertension, stroke, gout and diabetes mellitus as well as activities. Preventive activities include checking cholesterol, uric acid and blood sugar levels. From the results of the implementation of community service found the majority of respondents aged> 50 years as many as 22 people (27%), the majority of low levels of education 17 people (57%), the majority do not work 27 people (90%), the majority of Javanese 20 people (67% ), the majority of married women 28 people (93%) and the majority with a history of passive smoking as many as 20 people (67%), the majority of normal blood pressure as many as 21 people (70%), the majority of normal cholesterol levels as many as 27 people 27 (90%) , the majority of normal uric acid levels were 26 people (87%), the majority of normal blood sugar levels were 28 people (93%).     Every parent expects their children to grow and develop optimally, so that they can become qualified and resilient human resources. Achieving optimal growth and development is the result of interaction with various factors, one of them is stimulation. Massage (stimulation touch) that is done correctly and regularly will greatly benefit the baby's growth. Maternity clinic is one of the health facilities that provide services to mothers, babies and toddlers including monitoring baby's growth. The community service activities were held at Shanty clinic located in Sungai Berombang Village, Medan Barat sub-district, Medan, and Pratama Clinic Fitri Asih, which was in Patumbak Deli Serdang. Based on the situation analysis of the two partners in the development of their services, they still experience various problems, namely: very low knowledge of the community, especially the mothers of infants and toddlers regarding efforts to optimize baby growth with baby massage and baby gymnastics, lack of partner skills and expertise to do baby massage and limited facilities and infrastructure at both partners. The solutions offered are education and training on infant massage and baby gymnastics and help complete the facilities and infrastructure needed by partners according to their abilities. This activity began in mid-January 2018 and was held on April 17, 2018 at Fitri Asih Clinic and May 30, 2018 at Shanty Midwife Clinic. This activity was attended by 40 mothers and their babies. The results of the activity evaluation showed that there was an increase in mother's knowledge so that they were eager to do gymnastic movements according to their baby's age. There was an increase in maternal skills so they were more confident in doing massage on their babies. Mentoring and guidance for partners has a positive impact to maximize clinical services in optimizing baby's growth.Keywords: Education, Training, Baby Massage, Infant Gymnastic

    According to nutritional monitoring nutritional status conducted by the Directorate of Public Health, 2017 showing that the percentage of pregnant women at risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency is 14.8%. One of the factors that can cause this problem is due to the lack of knowledge and skills of the mother to fulfill nutrition during pregnancy. Nutritional deficiencies in pregnant women should be avoided, to meet nutritional needs during pregnancy and prevent the consequences of malnutrition, additional food is needed. The type of supplementary food given to pregnant women can be in the form of local food-based PMT or manufacturer's PMT. In accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 51 of 2016 concerning Nutrition Supplementation Product Standards. Rumah Berastagi Village is one of the villages in Berastagi Subdistrict, Karo Regency which consists of 4 neighborhoods, one of them is Ujung Aji neighborhood which is the place of this community services. A total of 15 pregnant women are the target of antenatal care. The majority of the community are farmers that planting vegetables and fruits, and one of the vegetable they plant is carrot. The method of community services are education and training. The results of Community Service activities in June 2019, there was an increase in knowledge and skills of pregnant mother  to utilized local based food –carrot- as additional nutrition.     The use of chemical fertilizers (pesticides) is one of the biggest occupational health threats facing by farmer workers, especially women. Improper use of pesticides can have a negative impact on poisoning users. The lack of awareness about the negative effects of chronic diseases caused by exposure to pesticides, lack of information about the risks of using pesticides, resulting in pesticides being often used irresponsibly and inappropriately, both the dosage and practice of using them are inappropriate and unsafe and farmers often do not wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when using pesticides. This community service aims to improve the health quality of the women farmers in the Semangat village through the implementation of "MEGERMET" behaviours and first aid training for acute pesticide poisoning. The methods used are conducting socialization, health checks, health education about pesticides and their impact on health, procedures to use pesticides correctly through "MEGERMET" behavior, demonstrations how to use personal protective clothing  and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as well as first aid training on acute pesticide poisoning especially for women who are members of a farmer community in Semangat village. The results of this community service activity shows that there is an increase in the knowledge among women farmers in how to use pesticide safely and properly by 80%, the women farmers at Semangat village are able to implement "MEGERMET" behaviour as a procedure for using pesticides wisely and 80% of women at Semangat village are able to provide first aid for acute pesticide poisoning. Forming an occupational health forum (“Pos UKK”) is believe to be able to continue encouraging women farmer behaviour at Semangat village to improve health and reducing the risk of using pesticides
