    Spiral Structure in IP Peg: Confronting Theory and Observations

    The first convincing piece of evidence of spiral structure in the accretion disc in IP Pegasi was found by Steeghs et al. (1997). We performed two kinds of 2D hydrodynamic simulations, a SFS finite volume scheme and a SPH scheme, with a mass ratio of 0.5. Both results agreed well with each other.     Peran Green Brand Satisfaction dalam Memediasi Hubungan antara Green Brand Experience dengan Green Brand Trust

    The purpose of this study is to clarify the role of green brand satisfaction in mediating the relationship between green brand experience to the green brand trust. The samples that used were 120 peoples who ghatered with non probability sampling method that purposive sampling form. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly and using likert scale. Data analysis technique used are comfirmatori factor analysis, path analysis and sobel test. From the analysis showed that green brand experience and green brand satisfaction ware have significant and positif affect on green brand trust. Green brand experience has significant and positf affect on green brand satisfaction. Green brand satisfaction significantly mediates the role between green brand experience to green brand trust. It shows that green brand experience as the main factor that must be caring.     Leadership and Organizational Culture Analysis on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Hatten Bali

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior employees. The study is a quantitative research. The data used in this study was collected through questionnaires and implemented to 106 of permanent employees in PT. Hatten Bali. The results of this study indicates that: 1) leadership have positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by coefficient regression value 0,297 and significant value 0,003, 2) organizational culture have positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by coefficient regression value 0,144 and significant value 0,039, and 3) leadership and organizational culture have simultaneously effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by f-count value 6,846 > f-table and significant value 0,002. Regression analyze result adjusted R2 value 0,117. This indicates that organizational citizenship behavior can explained by leadership and organizational culture variable of 11,7 % while the remaining 88,3% explained by the others variable outside of this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan didistribusikan kepada 106 pegawai tetap PT. Hatten Bali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,297 dan nilai signifikan 0,003, 2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,144 dan signifikansi 0,039, dan 3) kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai f hitung 6,846>f-tabel dan nilai signifikan 0,002. Hasil analisis regresi disesuaikan dengan nilai R2 0,117. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perilaku kewargaan organisasional dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi sebesar 11,7% sedangkan sisanya 88,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini

    Controlling the Momentum Current of an Off-resonant Ratchet

    We experimentally investigate the phenomenon of a quantum ratchet created by exposing a Bose-Einstein Condensate to short pulses of a potential which is periodic in both space and time. Such a ratchet is manifested by a directed current of particles, even though there is an absence of a net bias force. We confirm a recent theoretical prediction [M. Sadgrove and S. Wimberger, New J. Phys. \textbf{11}, 083027 (2009)] that the current direction can be controlled by experimental parameters which leave the underlying symmetries of the system unchanged. We demonstrate that this behavior can be understood using a single variable containing many of the experimental parameters and thus the ratchet current is describable using a single universal scaling law.Comment: arXiv admin note: substantial text overlap with arXiv:1210.565
