    In any branch of modern economy the most important factor of production is work. In the last decades work specializes in the health care sphere more and more. The role of laboratory assistants, technicians, technologists, engineers, economists, managers and financiers considerably increases in medical institutions. Features of work in health care are connected with specifics of made «product». So, despite rapid development of new technologies in medicine, replacement of work with the capital here is possible only in limited limits. It is a classical example of branch where work, i.e. «the human capital» and the capital material act rather as complements, than substitutes. For this reason the most important strategic component of development of health care is optimization of management by personnel resources

    The possibility evaluation of zinc sulphate forms extraction from sludge of PJSC EVRAZ NTMK with following metalloflux obtaining

    EVRAZ NTMK JSC has significant amount of blast furnace sludges, that accumulated in dumps. Chemical and phase analysis of that sludges was carried out. It has shown significant amount of zinc sulphate, which prevents such sludge utilization in a blast furnace. Moreover, zinc sulphate requires a high temperature unit for recycling by common schemes. The possibility of zinc sulphate conversation into oxidized zinc with simultaneous metallized residue obtaining under the common for Waelz process temperatures was confirmed in laboratory. The obtained during laboratory experiments metallized residue is suitable for using in blast furnace as charge addition. The results of a thermodynamic analysis of the zinc sulphate conversion to oxide and the physicochemical basis for the extraction of such zinc forms are presented. Theoretical calculations and laboratory experiments confirmed that sludges with zinc sulphate could be suitable materials for blast furnace. But, sludges of different processes allow to obtain fired briquettes with different physical properties. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.The reported study was funded by RFBR according to the research project 18-29-24064\18

    Reducing the carbonitride formation risk with increasing titanium dioxide content in the blast furnaces charge of JSC EVRAZ NTMK

    Analyse of the blast furnace charge chemical content changing with the JSC EVRAZ NTMK raw materials base alteration was carried out. That expected change would result in TiO2 content increasing in the blast furnace slags. That increasing would lead to carbonitride formation in the upper levels of the blast furnace, which reduce technical parameters of the blast furnace operation by reducing effective volume of the furnace and derange regular charge moving. Possible ways of that problem solving was shown. It was proposed the complex technology, that affect 3 technological stages: agglomeration, blast furnace process and out-of-furnace treatment of steel. Converting of TiO2 into CaO•TiO2 allows to delay carbonitride formation due to increasing required temperature for that process. In that case, carbonitride formation would move to the tuyere zone of blast furnace, where it increase lining durability. The proposed technology was industrially tested, and the main idea was proved. Few problems were found during industrial tests, but theoretical solving of them was proposed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd

    Objectives. Catalytic processes involving norbornadiene (NBD) and norbornene (NBN) derivatives provide exceptional opportunities for the synthesis of a wide range of carbocyclic hydrocarbons. By significantly expanding this range, it becomes possible to obtain materials offering a wide variety of predictable properties. The aim of the present review is to summarize the latest achievements in the creation of novel processes catalyzed by palladium compounds. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the mechanisms of NBD allylation reactions by a combination of experimental and theoretical methods.Results. Various strategies of the molecular design of palladium catalysts for syntheses based on NBN and NBD are considered. The possibility of implementing various directions of NBD allylation is demonstrated. Factors influencing the direction of the reactions, by which means individual products can be selectively obtained, are discussed.Conclusions. The effective development of new catalytic processes involving NBD and NBN derivatives requires the complex application of synthetic, kinetic, isotopic, and quantum chemical approaches. By combining instrumental and theoretical methods with constant feedback, it becomes possible to optimize the search for original catalytic systems, obtain information about the mechanisms of their action, and influence technological parameters in a targeted manner.Цели. Каталитические процессы с участием норборнадиена (НБД) и производных норборненового (НБН) ряда открывают исключительные возможности для синтеза широкого круга карбоциклических углеводородов. Значительное расширение их ассортимента позволяет впоследствии получать материалы с широким спектром прогнозируемых свойств. Целью обзора является обобщение последних достижений в области создания новых процессов, катализируемых соединениями палладия. Значительное внимание уделено исследованию механизмов группы реакций аллилирования НБД совокупностью экспериментальных и теоретических методов.Результаты. Рассмотрены различные стратегии молекулярного дизайна палладиевых катализаторов для синтезов на основе НБН и НБД. Показана возможность реализации различных направлений аллилирования НБД. Обсуждены факторы, влияющие на направление реакций и позволяющие селективно получать индивидуальные продукты.Выводы. Разработка новых каталитических процессов с участием НБД и НБН-производных требует комплексного применения синтетических, кинетических, изотопных и квантово-химических подходов. Совокупность инструментальных и теоретических методов, имеющих обратные связи, позволяет оптимизировать поиск оригинальных каталитических систем, получать информацию о механизмах их действия и направленно влиять на технологические параметры

    Current State of the Issue of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome in the Rostov Region

    Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) is registered in various geographical regions of the Russian Federation and occupies one of the leading positions among natural-focal human diseases in Russia. The aim of the study was to assess the epidemiological situation on HFRS in the Rostov Region. Materials and methods. Laboratory diagnostics of field material (samples from wild rodents) for the presence of antigens of HFRS pathogens and screening of blood sera from donors, residents of the region, for the presence of class G antibodies to viruses that cause HFRS were carried out by enzyme immunoassay during 2020 and 2021. Results and discussion. Hantavirus antigens were identified in five administrative districts of the Region in 2020, infection with HFRS virus in small mouse-like rodents was 7.1 %. In 2021, spontaneous infection of carriers was detected in 2.8 % of the samples, found in four districts of the Region. The presence of the virus markers was recorded in populations of five species of mouse-like rodents: house mouse, wood mouse, common vole, small wood mouse, yellow-bellied mouse. Among healthy population, class G antibodies were registered in 6.8 % in the surveyed territories in 2020, and 4.5 % in 2021. Detection of virus markers in carriers and the presence of a natural immune layer of the population as regards HFRS agents suggest the existence of a natural HFRS focus in the Rostov Region
