Top quark properties and single top at CMS
Measurements of top-quark properties as well as single top-quark production are presented, obtained from the CMS data collected in 2011 and 2012 at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8TeV. The results include measurements of the top pair charge asymmetry, the W helicity in top decays, the t¯t spin correlation and the search for anomalous couplings. The cross sections for the electroweak production of single top quarks in the t-channel and in association with W-bosons are measured and the results are used to place constraints on the CKM matrix element Vtb. In the t-channel the ratio of top and antitop production cross sections is determined and compared with predictions from different parton density distribution functions. The results are compared with predictions from the standard model as well as new physics models
Hyperon weak radiative decays in chiral perturbation theory
We investigate the leading-order amplitudes for weak radiative decays of
hyperons in chiral perturbation theory. We consistently include contributions
from the next-to-leading order weak-interaction Lagrangian. It is shown that
due to these terms Hara's theorem is violated. The data for the decays of
charged hyperons can be easily accounted for. However, at this order in the
chiral expansion, the four amplitudes for the decays of neutral hyperons
satisfy relations which are in disagreement with the data. The asymmetry
parameters for all the decays can not be accounted for without higher-order
terms. We shortly comment on the effect of the 27-plet part of the weak
interaction.Comment: 8 pages of REVTeX and using macro-package "feynman.tex" (available at

Precision Measurement of the Mass Difference
We have measured the vector-pseudoscalar mass splitting , significantly more precise than the previous
world average. We minimize the systematic errors by also measuring the
vector-pseudoscalar mass difference using the radiative
decay , obtaining
. This is
then combined with our previous high-precision measurement of
, which used the decay . We also
measure the mass difference MeV, using the
decay modes of the and mesons.Comment: 18 pages uuencoded compressed postscript (process with uudecode then

Observation of a New Charmed Strange Meson
Using the CLEO-II detector, we have obtained evidence for a new meson
decaying to . Its mass is
{}~MeV/ and its width is ~MeV/. Although we do not
establish its spin and parity, the new meson is consistent with predictions for
an , , charmed strange state.Comment: 9 pages uuencoded compressed postscript (process with uudecode then

Semileptonic Branching Fraction of Charged and Neutral B Mesons
An examination of leptons in events tagged by reconstructed
decays yields semileptonic branching fractions of for charged and for neutral mesons.
This is the first measurement for charged . Assuming equality of the charged
and neutral semileptonic widths, the ratio is
equivalent to the ratio of lifetimes. A postscript version is available through

Measurement of B(J/psi->eta_c gamma) at KEDR
We present a study of the inclusive photon spectrum from 6.3 million J/psi
decays collected with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e+e- collider. We
measure the branching fraction of the radiative decay J/psi -> eta_c gamma,
eta_c width and mass. Taking into account an asymmetric photon line shape we
obtain: M(eta_c) = (2978.1 +- 1.4 +- 2.0) MeV/c^2, Gamma(eta_c) = (43.5 +- 5.4
+- 15.8) MeV, B(J/psi->eta_c gamma) = (2.59 +- 0.16 +- 0.31)%$.Comment: 6 pages, 1 figure. To be published in the proceedings of the 4th

Measurement of J/psi to eta_c gamma at KEDR
We present a study of the inclusive photon spectra from 5.9 million J/psi
decays collected with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e+e- collider. We
measure the branching fraction of radiative decay J/psi to eta_c gamma, eta_c
width and mass. Our preliminary results are: M(eta_c) = 2979.4+-1.5+-1.9 MeV,
G(eta_c) = 27.8+-5.1+-3.3 MeV, B(J/psi to eta_c gamma) = (2.34+-0.15+-0.40)%.Comment: To be published in Proceedings of the PhiPsi09, Oct. 13-16, 2009,

Search for MSSM Higgs bosons decaying to μ+μ-in proton-proton collisions at √s=13TeV
A search is performed for neutral non-standard-model Higgs bosons decaying to two muons in the context of the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM). Proton-proton collision data recorded by the CMS experiment at the CERN Large Hadron Collider at a center-of-mass energy of 13TeVwere used, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 35.9fb-1. The search is sensitive to neutral Higgs bosons produced via the gluon fusion process or in association with a bbquark pair. No significant deviations from the standard model expectation are observed. Upper limits at 95% confidence level are set in the context of the mmod+hand phenomenological MSSM scenarios on the parameter tanβas a function of the mass of the pseudoscalar Aboson, in the range from 130 to 600GeV. The results are also used to set a model-independent limit on the product of the branching fraction for the decay into a muon pair and the cross section for the production of a scalar neutral boson, either via gluon fusion, or in association with bquarks, in the mass range from 130 to 1000GeV
