    Fully Fuzzy Time-Cost Trade-Off in a Project Network - A New Approach

    In this paper, we propose a new approach to Fuzzy network crashing in a project network whose activity times are uncertain. The uncertain parameters in the project network are represented by triangular fuzzy numbers. By using a new type of fuzzy arithmetic and a fuzzy ranking method we propose a method for finding an optimal duration by crashing the fuzzy activities of a project network without converting the fuzzy activity times to classical numbers.     Flow Shop Scheduling Problem to minimize the Rental Cost under Fuzzy Environment

    In this paper, we propose a new algorithm to fuzzy flow – shop scheduling problem in which processing time of jobs are uncertain. The uncertain parameters are represented by triangular fuzzy numbers. By using a new type of fuzzy arithmetic and a fuzzy ranking method, we propose a method to minimize the rental cost of machines under the specified rental policy; without converting the fuzzy processing times to classical numbers.     Objective: Contemporary medical care is subspecialty based. We conducted an audit of workload and outcomes at our tertiary care referral hospital in the department of Neurosurgery from June to December 2013. Outpatient load and various surgical load has been on the increasing trend over the years. Special description of the cranial cases and the myriad of tumours operated with outcomes is presented. Contrary to popular perception, brain tumor resection is not necessarily associated with high morbidity and mortality. Two major factors that decide outcomes are the location and histopathology of these lesions

    Attributes Reduction on SE-ISI Concept Lattice for an Incomplete Context Using Object Ranking

    The formal concept of lattice plays a vital role in knowledge discovery. Reduction of the attribute has many applications in machine learning technology and data mining fields. In this paper, we introduce an object ranking concept to define a consistency set and the reduction of the attributes by structural features. An incomplete information system works on the three-way concepts using the SE-ISI Context. The granular was emphasized with join (meet) irreducible sets using the object ranking concepts. A dual operator is defined based on the object ranking concepts and its properties and conditions are verified. Hence, this elaborates on the four kinds of reduction of the attributes. The ordered pairs give the knowledge of the attributes that deal with the interval set of both the approximation of rough set theory concerning the objects. Therefore, the relationship between four kinds of reduction of the attribute was appropriate to access the consistency set using the object ranking concepts by some of the theorems and examples
