Investigation of Turkey's Provinces by Sexual Crimes

Sexual offenses are one of the most important indicators of social justice in criminal law. In this context, for the purpose of the investigative purpose, the court is punishing the freedom by the court and producing statistics about the convicted index calculated according to the cases with the persons in the sentenced status in all the penal execution institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Justice between 2010 and 2015. According to the results of this analysis, the proinces were collected in 5 clusters. Most of the provinces has been placed at fırst cluster. Analysis results were supported by Dendogram and Algomerative chart. According to the squared Euclidean distance used as distance in the analysis, the most similar illusions and the least similar ones were determined

Kentsel Doku İçinde Yer Alan Modern Alışveriş Merkezlerinin Peyzaj Tasarım Kriterleri Yönünden Değerlendirilmesi: Manisa-Forum Magnesia ve İzmir - Optimum Outlet Alışveriş Merkezleri Örneği

Objective: In the study, the suitability of areas where people can meet higher quality, meet all kinds of needs, evaluate leisure time, have fun, and can do shopping were researched Material and Methods: The material of the research consists of Forum Magnesia (Manisa) and Optimum Outlet Shopping Centers (İzmir). Results: Forum Magnesia Shopping Center was adequate in terms of reinforcement elements such as shopping spaces, entry-exit connections, emergency gathering and distribution areas, eating and drinking places, shading elements, bridges, lighting elements, plant pots, seating elements and sales units in the research area; cultural components resting places, garbage cans, plastic items and grill cover were partially inadequate; activity-concert area / stage and children’s playground. Optimum Outlet Shopping Center was adequate for research area, shopping areas, cultural places, security and management unit, children’s playground, market, information communication panels, seating elements, flooring and water line; entrance and exit connections, emergency gathering and dispersal areas, advisory unit, recreational areas, trash can, plant pots and plastic items but ıt was inadequate in terms of activity - concert area / scene and shading member Conclusion: As a result; both shopping centers considered in the scope of the study determined the points to be taken into consideration in the design processes of the shopping centers that formed by starting from the correct designs and incomplete directions. Significant suggestions made in order to determine the user potential and reduce the intensity of the weekend.Amaç: Bu araştırmada; insanların daha kaliteli, her türlü gereksinimlerini karşılayabileceği, boş vakitlerini değerlendirebileceği, eğlenebileceği, alışverişini yapabileceği alanların uygunluğu araştırımıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmanın materyalini; Forum Magnesia ve Optimum Outlet Alışveriş Merkezleri oluşturmaktadır. Bulgular: Forum Magnesia Alışveriş Merkezi araştırma alanı; alışveriş mekanları, giriş-çıkış bağlantıları, acil toplanma ve dağılma alanları, yeme-içme mekanları, gölgelendirme elemanları, köprüler, aydınlatma elemanları, bitki kapları, oturma elemanları ve satış birimleri, gibi donatı elemanları açısından yeterli; kültürel mekanlar, dinlenme ve dolaşma mekanları, çöp kutusu, plastik öğeler ve ızgara rögar kapakları açısından kısmen yeterli; aktivite-konser alanı/sahne ve çocuk oyun alanı açısından yetersiz bulunmuştur. Optimum Outlet Alışveriş Merkezi araştırma alanı, alışveriş mekanları, kültürel mekanlar, güvenlik ve yönetim birimi, çocuk oyun alanı, market, bilgilendirme iletişim panoları, oturma elemanları, yer döşemeleri ve su öğesi açısından yeterli; giriş çıkış bağlantıları, acil toplanma ve dağılma alanları, danışma birimi, dinlenme/dolaşma alanları, çöp kutusu, bitki kapları ve plastik öğeler açısından kısmen yeterli; aktivite – konser alanı/sahne ve gölgelendirme elemanı bakımından yetersiz olduğu tespit edilmiştir Sonuç: Sonuç olarak; çalışma kapsamında ele alınan her iki alış veriş merkezinin de doğru tasarımları ve eksik yönlerinden yola çıkarak yeni oluşturulacak alışveriş merkezleri tasarım süreçlerinde göz önünde bulundurulması gereken noktalar belirlenmiştir. Kullanıcı potansiyelinin belirlenmesi ve haftasonu yoğunluğunun azaltılması için iseönemli öneriler getirilmiştir
