    Analysis and Research on Space Syntax in Urban Heritage Building: the Conservatório de Macau as an Example

    Space syntax is one of the important methods for urban analysis and calculation. Based on the theory of space syntax, this study takes the Macau Conservatory of Music, an important Portuguese historical building, as an example, to first analyze the particularity of its development history in urban heritage, followed by the internal spatial structure, and import Depthmap for operation, combined with topology-related calculation methods. By analyzing the topological values such as the overall integration, local integration, global depth and selectivity of the space, we can quantitatively explore the structure of the space, understand the relationship between the overall space and the local space of the Macau Conservatory of Music, discover the deficiencies in the space structure, and propose corresponding optimization strategies are proposed to provide ideas and reference for the future renovation of the typical performing arts architectural space in the urban heritage of Macau

    Since the reform and opening up, the city has steadily promoted the renovation of old maternity houses, towns and villages in response to the call of the state, thus promoting urban renewal, realizing urban economic development, industrial upgrading and people's livelihood improvement. The living density of economic housing is high, and the quality needs to be further optimized. However, the current urban renewal needs to improve the living quality of housing to serve the people. Therefore, when planning, constructing and renovating the interior space of public housing and meeting people's basic living conditions, people's intuitive feeling of the environment should be put first, rather than excessive attention to formal beauty—taking the EDF. de Alameda da Tranquilidade in Macau, as an example, based on the theory of space syntax, this paper conducts a convex space analysis and research on the interior space form of the first building of EDF. de Alameda da Tranqui-lidade, including the global integration degree, local integration degree (R=3,6), connectivity, intelligibility, control and Mean Depth, analyze the areas with higher integration, connection value and control value and lower areas, and make suggestions for future plane optimization, related The recommendations also apply to the second and third buildings of Yongning Plaza Building, providing better reference value and reference for relevant government departments

    Valuation of Guaranteed Unitized Participating Life Insurance under MEGB2 Distribution

    Crisis events have significantly changed the view that extreme events in financial markets have negligible probability. Especially in the life insurance market, the price of guaranteed participating life insurance contract will be affected by a change in asset volatility which leads to the fluctuations in embedded option value. Considering the correlation of different asset prices, MEGB2 (multivariate exponential generalized beta of the second kind) distribution is proposed to price guaranteed participating life insurance contract which can effectively describe the dependence structure of assets under some extreme risks. Assuming the returns of two different assets follow the MEGB2 distribution, a multifactor fair valuation pricing model of insurance contract is split into four components: the basic contract, the annual dividend option, the terminal dividend option, and the surrender option. This paper studies the effect of death rate, minimum guaranteed yield rate, annual dividend ratio, terminal dividend ratio, and surrender on the embedded option values and calculates the single premium of the insurance contract under different influence factors. The Least-Squares Monte Carlo simulation method is used to simulate the pricing model. This article makes a comparison in the sensitivity of the pricing parameters under the MEGB2 distribution and Multivariate Normal distribution asset returns. Finally, an optimal hedging strategy is designed to cover the possible risks of the underlying assets, which can effectively hedge the risks of portfolio

    Constant Frequency Control Strategy of Microgrids by Coordinating Energy Router and Energy Storage System

    In this paper, a constant frequency control strategy of a microgrid by coordinating energy router (ER) and energy storage system is proposed to solve the frequency fluctuation problem of microgrid, in which ER is the core of the energy management system. The interface converter of ER connected to the microgrid adopts the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control, which adjusts the mechanical reference power in real time according to the state of charge (SOC) of the energy storage. The energy storage system adopts constant voltage and constant frequency (V/F) control to maintain the frequency and voltage stability of microgrid. The energy storage system with fast charge and discharge responds to the power fluctuation of the microgrid. ER maintains the stability of the energy storage capacity through bidirectional power regulation. When the energy storage system fails, the frequency and voltage droop characteristics of ER controlled by VSG will play a role in maintaining the stable operation of the microgrid. By the coordinating control strategy, the maximum efficiency of intermittent distributed energy can be guaranteed, and the stability, reliability, and grid-connection friendliness of the microgrid operation can be improved. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy
