A Study of Rural Logistics Center Location Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy TOPSIS
In recent years, with the development of the rural e-commerce, the importance of rural logistics has been widely recognized. The selection of rural logistics center is a crucial part in products circulation, because an unreasonable location of rural logistics can cause a circulation problem and product waste. In this paper, we propose a rural logistics center location model based on the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS. First, we integrate the information according to experts’ score based on the evaluation index system. Second, we use the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each evaluation index. Third, we rank the results by using the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method. Finally, an illustrative example will be used to prove the validity and feasibility of the proposed method
Immunomodulatory roles of selenium nanoparticles: Novel arts for potential immunotherapy strategy development
Current chemotherapy strategies used in clinic appear with lots of disadvantages due to the low targeting effects of drugs and strong side effects, which significantly restricts the drug potency, causes multiple dysfunctions in the body, and even drives the emergence of diseases. Immunotherapy has been proved to boost the body’s innate and adaptive defenses for more effective disease control and treatment. As a trace element, selenium plays vital roles in human health by regulating the antioxidant defense, enzyme activity, and immune response through various specific pathways. Profiting from novel nanotechnology, selenium nanoparticles have been widely developed to reveal great potential in anticancer, antibacterial, and anti-inflammation treatments. More interestingly, increasing evidence has also shown that functional selenium nanoparticles can be applied for potential immunotherapy, which would achieve more effective treatment efficiency as adjunctive therapy strategies for the current chemotherapy. By directly interacting with innate immune cells, such as macrophages, dendritic cells, and natural killer cells, selenium nanoparticles can regulate innate immunity to intervene disease developments, which were reported to boost the anticancer, anti-infection, and anti-inflammation treatments. Moreover, selenium nanoparticles can also activate and recover different T cells for adaptive immunity regulations to enhance their cytotoxic to combat cancer cells, indicating the potential of selenium nanoparticles for potential immunotherapy strategy development. Here, aiming to enhance our understanding of the potential immunotherapy strategy development based on Se NPs, this review will summarize the immunological regulation effects of selenium nanoparticles and the application of selenium nanoparticle-based immunotherapy strategies. Furthermore, we will discuss the advancing perspective of selenium nanoparticle-based potential immunotherapy as a kind of novel adjunctive therapy to enhance the efficiency of current chemotherapies and also introduce the current obstacles for the development of selenium nanoparticles for potential immunotherapy strategy development. This work is expected to promote the future research on selenium nanoparticle-assisted immunotherapy and finally benefit the more effective disease treatments against the threatening cancer and infectious and chronic diseases
Engineering zinc oxide hybrid selenium nanoparticles for synergetic anti-tuberculosis treatment by combining Mycobacterium tuberculosis killings and host cell immunological inhibition
IntroductionAs a deadly disease induced by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb), tuberculosis remains one of the top killers among infectious diseases. The low intracellular Mtb killing efficiency of current antibiotics introduced the long duration anti-TB therapy in clinic with strong side effects and increased drug-resistant mutants. Therefore, the exploration of novel anti-TB agents with potent anti-TB efficiency becomes one of the most urgent issues for TB therapies. MethodsHere, we firstly introduced a novel method for the preparation of zinc oxide-selenium nanoparticles (ZnO-Se NPs) by the hybridization of zinc oxide and selenium to combine the anti-TB activities of zinc oxide nanoparticles and selenium nanoparticles. We characterized the ZnO-Se NPs by dynamic laser light scattering and transmission electron microscopy, and then tested the inhibition effects of ZnO-Se NPs on extracellular Mtb by colony-forming units (CFU) counting, bacterial ATP analysis, bacterial membrane potential analysis and scanning electron microscopy imaging. We also analyzed the effects of ZnO-Se NPs on the ROS production, mitochondrial membrane potential, apoptosis, autophagy, polarization and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway of Mtb infected THP-1 macrophages. At last, we also tested the effects of ZnO-Se NPs on intracellular Mtb in THP-1 cells by colony-forming units (CFU) counting. ResultsThe obtained spherical core-shell ZnO-Se NPs with average diameters of 90 nm showed strong killing effects against extracellular Mtb, including BCG and the virulent H37Rv, by disrupting the ATP production, increasing the intracellular ROS level and destroying the membrane structures. More importantly, ZnO-Se NPs could also inhibit intracellular Mtb growth by promoting M1 polarization to increase the production of antiseptic nitric oxide and also promote apoptosis and autophagy of Mtb infected macrophages by increasing the intracellular ROS, disrupting mitochondria membrane potential and inhibiting PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. DiscussionThese ZnO-Se NPs with synergetic anti-TB efficiency by combining the Mtb killing effects and host cell immunological inhibition effects were expected to serve as novel anti-TB agents for the development of more effective anti-TB strategy
A Novel ST-YOLO Network for Steel-Surface-Defect Detection
Recent progress has been made in defect detection using methods based on deep learning, but there are still formidable obstacles. Defect images have rich semantic levels and diverse morphological features, and the model is dynamically changing due to ongoing learning. In response to these issues, this article proposes a shunt feature fusion model (ST-YOLO) for steel-defect detection, which uses a split feature network structure and a self-correcting transmission allocation method for training. The network structure is designed to specialize the process of classification and localization tasks for different computing needs. By using the self-correction criteria of adaptive sampling and dynamic label allocation, more sufficiently high-quality samples are utilized to adjust data distribution and optimize the training process. Our model achieved better performance on the NEU-DET datasets and the GC10-DET datasets and was validated to exhibit excellent performance
Government Supervision Mode Selection in the Promotion Period of Prefabricated Construction Using Evolutionary Game
Aiming at the speculative behavior of some developers who seek private interests in the promotion period of prefabricated construction, this research combines the actual situation, objectively and reasonably determines the parameters in the model, and builds an evolutionary game model to study the choice of government supervision mode in different situations, from the perspective of government supervision. The results showed that the choice of government supervision mode has great connection with the probability of identifying developers’ speculative behavior when the government adopts node supervision. When the probability is greater than the developers’ speculative value, the government will choose node supervision, while the developers will not adopt speculative behavior. Conversely, there will be a periodic behavior pattern in the evolutionary system, and the choice of government supervision mode is related to the value of each parameter. At the same time, the minimum probability of identifying speculative behavior that keeps the optimal situation stable is obtained. On this basis, the paper takes a practical case to discuss the influence of different parameter variations on the choice of government supervision mode and makes numerical simulations; then it puts forward some specific suggestions for government to restrain the speculative behavior of developer
RESEARCH ON OPTIMAL DESIGN OF AL-ALLOYED CYLINDER HEAD UNDER HIGH LOADS
With the increase of thermal and mechanical load of engine, the higher standards were required for materials, and the more serious challenges had been taken for the design technology. Based on simulation results of several cylinder heads, which had been strengthened,a relatively optimal frame cylinder head was obtained. The load carrying structures, which were interdependent, were included by bolt holes, the fuel injector holes, stiffeners of the top ceiling and the fire face. The results of reliability tests about mechanical fatigue and thermal fatigue revealed the structure of the Al- alloyed cylinder head under peak pressure( 20 MPa) was reasonable
Distribution of Free and Esterified Oxylipins in Cream, Cell, and Skim Fractions of Human Milk.
Human milk contains oxylipins involved in infant development. Although oxylipins have been identified in whole or skim milk, their localization within human milk cream, cell, and skim fractions is not known. This study determined the distribution of free and esterified oxylipins in cream, cell, and skim fractions of human milk. Out of 72 oxylipins probed by mass-spectrometry, 42, 29, and 41 oxylipins (free or bound) were detected in cream, cell, and skim fractions, respectively. Over 90% of free and bound oxylipins were derived from linoleic acid in all milk fractions. Other oxylipins were derived from n-6 arachidonic acid and dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid, and n-3 alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid. Free oxylipins were more abundant in skim milk (59.9% of total oxylipins) compared to cream and cell pellet, whereas esterified oxylipins were most abundant in milk cream and cell pellets (74.9-76.9%). The heterogenous distribution of oxylipins in different fractions of human milk may regulate the guided release of these bioactive signaling molecules within infants
