    Pengaruh Right Issue terhadap Risiko dan Return Saham (Studi pada Bursa Efek Indonesia)

    Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan penelitian BHT (1993), Alam (1994),Budiarto dan Baridwan (1998), dan Safitri (2000). Yang akan menguji dampakpengumuman right issue terhadap return dan beta (risiko) antara periode sebelumdan setelah pengumuman right issue.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antaraabnormal return pada tanggal pengumuman dengan hari-hari sebelum maupunsetelah pengumuman right issue baik abnormal return tanpa menggunakan betakoreksi maupun abnormal return dengan menggunakan beta koreksi. Hasil inimenunjukkan bahwa sesungguhnya pengumuman right issue tidak memilikikandungan informasi apapun yang dapat mempengaruhi preferensi investorterhadap pengumuman tersebut.Hasil uji beda Cumulative Abnormal Return (CAR) menunjukkan bahwa CARsetelah pengumuman right issue lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sebelumpengumuman. Namun secara statistik baik mengunakan CAR yang telah dikoreksimaupun tanpa koreksi tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan.Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian ini tidak mampu memperkuat dukunganterhadap penelitia-penelitian sebelumnya

    Abstrack : Cooperative Learning Method Jigsaw Type is a learning strategy bydividing students into groups with heterogeneous characteristics. Members of differentgroups have a responsibility to learn a material the same material and subsequentlyformed an expert group to help each other reviewing resource materials section. studentin the group of experts back to the original group to teach other members about thematerial they have learned. Students are evaluated on an individual basis about thematerial that has been studied after allowing for discussion. The purpose of thisresearch is to increase students\u27 motivation in learning social studies in class VIII SMPIslam Al-Muhsinin Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. This research wasconducted at the place SMP Islam Al-Muhsinin Rimba Melintang Kabupaten RokanHilir The sample used is the eighth grade students numbered 30 people. Data wascollected using observation sheet for teachers, students and student motivation. Resultsfrom studies class actions (Classroom Action Research) is known that the activity ofteachers in the first cycle the average value of 58.33% (Good), but on the second cycleincreased to 86.11% (Good). For the students of this research activity In the first cycle66.67% (Good), while on the second cycle increased to 83.33% (Good). averageindicator Student Motivation This research results in Cycle I 58.33% (moderate),whereas in Cycle II 77.50% (High).     This study aims to determine the Model Word Square Application Usage To Increase Motivation At Subjects IPS Student Class V SD Negeri 001 Sedinginan Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir with a total of 25 students. This research was conducted in several cycles with the subject of class V students of SD Negeri 001 Sedinginan Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir 2015/2016. Based on the survey results revealed that the Model Word Square can increase learning motivation IPS fifth grade students of SD Negeri 001 Sedinginan Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Activities teachers first cycle result is 43.7% in the category are not perfect and the second cycle has reached a success rate of 78.1% in the category that is perfect. Student activity cycle I result already achieved a success rate that is 50.5% and in the second cycle, the better the score with a score that is 84% in the very high category. Student motivation first cycle results are already achieved a success rate that is 52% and the second cycle has reached a success rate of 84% in the category of very high interval

    The background of the problems in this study was the lack of students interest. This study was aimed to determine the increase in students interest in social subject class V Darul Ulum Islamic Elementary School Sintong Tanah Putih by using cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division. This research was a classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Subjects in this study the number of fifth grade students with 22 students consisting of 10 males and 12 females. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument of colleecting the data was observation sheet, that teacher and student activity sheets observation interest in learning. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) increase the interest students of class V Government Elementary School Darul Ulum Sintong Tanah Putih, evidenced by 1) Activities of teachers of the first cycle of the first meeting with the percentage of 54, 17% (Not Good) further increased in the second meeting a percentage of 75.0% (Good). In the second cycle in the first meeting with a percentage of 87.5% (Very Good) increased in the second meeting siklsu II becomes 95.83% (Very Good)., 2) Activities of students meeting the first cycle of the first meeting with a percentage of 46.21% (Not Good) increased at a second meeting be 65.15% (Good) further increased in the second cycle to the first dipertemuan increased to 82.6% (Very Good) increased to 91.67% (Very Good) in the second meeting of the second cycle, and 3) average the percentage of student interest at the first meeting reached 56.36% (Good), and then increased in the second meeting of the first cycle with an average percentage of 66.36% (Good). While on the second cycle, student interest increased to 75.45% (Good) and the second meeting of the second cycle reaches 84.55% (Very Good)

    The purpose of this action research is to determine how the application of Cooperative Learning Model TPS (think pair share) can Improve Student Motivation Economy Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Kopar I Rokan Hilir. This research is a class act consisting of two cycles, with four sessions each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the study in the first cycle by using cooperative learning methods Type TPS (think pair share) to Improve Student Motivation Learning Economy Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Kopar I Rokan Hilir has increased. Motivation to study economics students, the first cycle and the first meeting of the two obtained a score of 2.51 with a lower classification. Then in the second cycle of the first and second meetings has increased with a score of 5.13 with a high category and occurs on average change in score at 4:13 with a high category. It can be concluded that by applying the type cooperative learning model TPS (Think Pair Share) was found to increase students' motivation

    Marketing is basically building a brand in the minds of consumers. Where in marketing the product there are still problems faced in marketing. This study aims to determine the marketing problems that arise when marketing the product of home industry in Tembilahan amplang crackers. The population in this study is 9 crackers amplang home industry in Tembilahan and the entire population as sampel.Penelitian carried out in January-March 2016. The object of this study is a home owner in Tembilahan amplang cracker industry. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The data used is primary data, questionnaires (questionnaire) filled respondents and secondary data obtained through literature studies conducted on the books and records obtained under the related research. From the results of this study concluded that marketing problems faced by home amplang cracker industry in Tembilahan that of many aspects of procedures or rules applicable rules in the market thus hampering the marketing of 88.89% and from the aspect of marketing channel length can cause large costs incurred by 77.78%.
