    Microstructure and properties of 308LSI steel obtained by deposition of metal wire

    Shaped metal deposition (SMD) is a relatively new technology of additive manufacturing, which creates near-net shaped components by joining metallic materials by melting the area of a welding joint in high vacuum in the range from 10-3 to 10-6 mbar. In the present study, the main mechanical properties including micro-hardness and tensile properties were investigated. Single bead walls were deposited. Test pieces were machined from the deposited walls according to the National standard of Russia Federation for the mechanical tests. The tensile properties also showed dependence on the direction of the test carried out. All the examined tensile properties of the as deposited samples are close-matched properties of the as cast material

    По причине токсичности перед сбросом в водоемы ионы цинка выделяются из сточных вод в виде твердых соединений, которые осаждаются в виде шлама в прудах-накопителях. Приведены данные по количественному и качественному составам шлама в накопителеотстойнике предприятия по производству вискозного волокна. Отмечено, что такой накопитель в г. Красноярске является техногенным образованием содержащем ценное сырье - цинк. Поэтому необходима разработка и внедрение технологий переработки и утилизации цинксодержащих шламов различных производств.Zinc ions are toxic and they are isolated from sewage in the form of solid compounds before discharge into water bodies. Precipitation occurs in the form of slime in storage ponds. Data on the quantitative and qualitative composition of the sludge in the reservoir-settler of an enterprise for the production of viscose fiber are given. It is noted that such a storage facility in Krasnoyarsk is a technogenic for mation containing valuable raw materials - zinc. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement technologies for processing and utilization of zinc-containing slurries of various industries

    Aim of this study was to identify marker molecules for a receptive endometrium. We investigated endometrial biopsies of fertile and subfertile patients. The endometrium of subfertile patients was < 7mm for the whole ovulatory cycle. As animal models and molecular investigations demostrated, three of our selected markers (LIF, Leptin, ß3-Integrin) are leading, when absent or mutated, to infertility. The following markers were investigated by immunohistochemistry: (1.) the cytokines VEGF and LIF, (2.) the hormone leptin and its receptor and (3.) the ß3-integrin. The analyses of these markers during the menstrual cycle of fertile patients showed an expression in the endometrium during the midluteal phase. These observations indicate a significant role for a successful reproduction and we postulate that their expression can be used for the assessment of endometrial receptivity. Subfertile patients were almost negative for these markers. The absence or inadequate expression of the tested molecules might be responsible for subfertility or infertility. The fundamental identity of these markers is their involvement in angiogenesis. Their absence in the endometrium of subfertile patients may contribute to a deficient transformation in this tissue as an indicator for insufficient angiogenesis. The present study enabled us to define the "endometrial factor" on a molecular level, in particular by a deficient angiogenesis as a reason for subfertility
