    El presente diagnóstico financiero y comercial de la empresa V.C.E. SECURITY Cía. Ltda. Y plan de mejoras para el periodo 2016-2017, tiene como objetivo analizar y evaluar el área financiera y comercial de la empresa para establecer los aspectos en los que se están generando problemas y poder plantear soluciones. Debido a que la empresa está en el mercado por más de 12 años y no ha obtenido la rentabilidad que esperaba. Por lo que en primer capítulo se dará a conocer la información general de la empresa, su reseña histórica, misión y visión, valores institucionales y aspectos administrativos, patrimoniales y de mercadotecnia. En el segundo capítulo se realizará un análisis PEST, para conocer los aspectos políticos, económicos, sociales y tecnológicos que rodean a la misma; se analizará también los factores internos y externos que le estarían afectando, el marketing mix que se está aplicando y la elaboración de matriz BCG para conocer el ciclo de vida de sus productos. Para el tercer capítulo se realizará un diagnóstico de la parte financiera de la empresa en cuanto a sus indicadores de liquidez, rentabilidad, actividad y estructura financiera; se aplicará el modelo DUPONT y se obtendrá los fondos de maniobra y necesidades operativas de fondos de ser el caso

    Developing an empirical model for assessment of total nitrogen inflow to rivers and lakes in the Biebrza river watershed, Poland

    Nitrogen load is crucial for its application in various fields such as agriculture and improving water quality control for authorities responsible for establishing agricultural policies in the area. The calculation of nitrogen load using existing equations is not applicable for all types of rivers, thus requiring the development of a new equation that can be applied to lakes and rivers in the Biebrza river catchment. To determine the new equation, extensive mapping of the catchment area was conducted, which was adjusted to precipitation and runoff in the area, allowing the observed results to be compared. Based on several analyses, the new equation has better accuracy, RMSE of the new model-based estimation decreased by 65.9% in 2005–2015 and 62.2% in 2016–2021 for river and 92% in 2008–2019 and 95% in 2020–2021 for lakes. Therefore, the application of the new calibrated empirical model provides results close to the real values and it can be used in the Biebrza river basin to simulate the total nitrogen runoff

    The Artificial Floating Island (AFI) system are considered as an innovative eco-technological alternative designed to uptake pollutants that there are in water bodies. The objective of this research was to evaluate the achira (Canna indica) as a possible phytoremediation species for water contaminated with excess of nutrients. The plants were subjected to 35 days of adaptation and 42 days of development, and then installed in the floating system. To evaluate the remotion, four parameters were analyzed (NO3, PO4, BOD5 and pH), every 15 days for 2 months. The relationship between the time elapsed and the percentage of contaminant removal was determined using RStudio. With the mathematical model it was established that in 49 days a 72% of nitrate removal and a 21% of phosphate removal can be obtained. Likewise, the BOD5 value is inversely proportional to the pH value, having acidic waters with a higher amount of BOD5
