    <p>The vertical dotted line represents the cut-off for WHO guidelines relating to regimen switching of 3 log<sub>10</sub>. Where the DBS sample load was above 1000 copies, a line was fitted with ordinary-least-squares regression to the log of the viral load results from the DBS and plasma samples. The resulting line was: log<sub>10</sub>(Load<sub><i>Plasma</i></sub>) = 0.29 + 1.01 * log<sub>10</sub>(Load<sub><i>DBS</i></sub>).</p
