The purposes of this research were to design and to improve educational digital television of undergraduate students for supporting ASEAN community. The sample group consisted of 5 experts who were derived through a purposive sampling. The research instruments were an evaluation educational digital television of undergraduate students for supporting ASEAN community to develop the competency of professional standards internationally. Data were analyzed by using arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The research study has two objectives to 1) design the collaborative learning pattern through the use of Cloud Technology for supporting the college studentsâ creative thinking and 2) evaluate the collaborative learning pattern through the use of Cloud Technology for supporting the college studentsâ creative thinking. The research processes are divided into two phases as follows: Phase 1) the design of collaborative learning pattern through the use of Cloud Technology for supporting the college studentsâ creative thinking and Phase 2) the evaluation of the design of collaborative learning pattern through the use of Cloud Technology for supporting the college studentsâ creative idea. The sample group of this research is six experts in technique and teaching method of learning management design and information technology with at experience in each field chosen from the answered form of evaluation in the learning pattern developed by the researcher. The statistic used in this research is the Arithmetic mean and standard deviation through the evaluation of collaborative learning pattern through Cloud Technology for supporting the college studentsâ creative idea. The research shown that the evaluation of designed learning pattern is match at high level (x Ė
= 4.12, S.D. = 0.45). This is indicated that, the designed collaborative learning pattern through Cloud Technology can be used for supporting the creative thinking college students

The study aim to analyze the structural correlation of the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems for healthcare organizations. The paper used the concept of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and the Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Institutional Theory. The scope of the research study included 165 respondents who the use of ERP system in public hospitals under the Ministry of Education and Stratified Random Sampling was used in the research with questionnaire rating scale with confidence of 0.958. The data analysis using statistical package LISREL analysis descriptive statistic and the analysis the model of structural relationship which measurement model was consistent with the empirical data with the statistics x2 = 222.76, df = 218, p-value = 0.40, x2/df = 1.02 GFI = 0.91 AGFI = 0.85 RMSEA = 0.012 and CFI = 1.00 The key factors influencing attitudes towards the use had the highest direct effect toward behavior intention. It was followed by the mimetic pressure which had direct effect on the performance expectations of the user. Social factors had direct effect on behavioral intentions. The effort expectancy of the system user had direct effect on behavior intention. and Normative pressure factor had direct effect on the performance expectations of the user

The objective of this research study were (1) to develop web service to support instructional design according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education, (2) to validate the efficiency of the web service. All teachers must consisted of design teaching and learning and assessment activities for creating Course Specifications or TQF. 3 before the beginning of the semester. Course Specifications were seven categories including General Information, Goals and Objectives, Course Management, Development of Studentâs Learning Outcome, Teaching and Evaluation Plans, Teaching Materials and Resources, and Evaluation and Improvement of Course Management. The system employs vector space model of information retrieval. Related to teaching and evaluation strategy of education experts. Web was developed by PHP programming and MySQL database. The findings efficiency from five experts were that the 4.60, the Functional Test was mean score 4.71, the Usability Test was mean score 4.63 and the Security Test was mean score 3.80 All parts this system were mean score 4.43 meaning higher efficiencies. The purpose of this study is creating and capturing knowledge of Quality and Safety Development Division , Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) that consisted of the process of creating eight knowledge , the process of capturing knowledge by EGAT Knowledge Capture program and studied the opinion of Quality and Safety Development Division âs employees for knowledge capturing model via EGAT intranet network. The studied samples were three top managements and twenty-one involving KM activities employees selected by purposive sampling from one hundred and fifteen employees. The research tools consisted of KM action plan : year 2009 , EGAT Knowledge Capture program and the questionnaire. Data was analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The result of research was shown that : Eight created knowledge capturing by EGAT Knowledge Capture program complied with Knowledge Spiral or SECI model of Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995) in part of S(Socialization) E(Externalization) C(Combination) and most of the studied samples were male , age between 40-50 , education over bachelor's degree , job position level between 8-9 and job experience more than 25 years had expressed an optimistic point of view towards knowledge capturing model via EGAT intranet network and agreed that this could be classified in the level reaching satisfaction as previously assumed

The research study aims to 1) design the blended training model with the MOOC teaching style for developing information, media and technology skills within undergraduate students, and 2) evaluate the appropriateness of the blended training model with the MOOC teaching style for developing information, media and technology skills within undergraduate students. The samples are five specialists selected by purposive sampling and the statistics used in this research are the mean and standard deviation. The results from the research are indicated that 1. the training model integrated with MOOC teaching style for enhancing information, media, and technology skills within the undergraduate students consists of seven steps: 1) general knowledge placement test before starting studying via online system, 2) students' orientation before studying in the form of streaming media via online system; this depends on students' context, 3) identifying study objectives and contents of each course via online system; this depends on students' context, 4) students studying the content in the form of streaming media via online system, 5) students exchanging interactions between students and students, and students and instructors, 6) performing activities according to the appointed assignments, submitting the assignments in classroom and via online system, and discussing about them in classroom, 7) knowledge examination process after training by asking the students to do a test via online system and have a peer assessment for the assignments. 2. The result of appropriateness evaluation for the design blended training model with MOOC teaching style in order to enhance information, media, and technology skills for the undergraduate students is concluded by five specialists as highly appropriate ( mean = 4.27

The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate factors essential for the learning environment of creative education on social network to develop creative thinking 2) to design a model for development learning environment, and 3) to suitability evaluation the developed model. Three steps of the research study were: 1) reviewing literature to analyze and synthesize the factors essential to the model, 2) designing the model, and 3) evaluating the model. The study was designed as a Research and Development (R and D) with the objectives : 1) to analyze and synthesize a profession experience information technology system for pre-service teachers, Faculty of Education, Rajabhat University in Bangkok Metropolitan; 2) to develop a professional experience information technology system model; 3) to evaluate the a professional experience information technology system; and 4) to evaluate and verify a professional experience information technology system. The paticipants used in the study were 247 fifth year pre-service teachers enrolling in Teaching Practice 1 and 31 supervisors in the field of education. The sample group was from the Faculty of Education, Dhonburi Rajabhat University. The findings revealed the following results: The first, the analysis and synthesis of a professional experience information technology system showed that the system consisted of six elements: analysis, planning/objective setting, design, development, implementation and evaluation of the system, and publishing and maintenance. The second results from a professional experience information technology system model showed that the the quality and effectiveness at the highest level. The third results, the evaluation of a professional experience information technology system included 3.1) the results from the pre-service teachersâ teaching practice in schools revealed that more than 90% or 236 the pre-service teachers (95.55%) met the criteria when evaluated against the operations with the teaching competencies, portfolios and operational research in the class; and 3.2) the pre-service teachersâ and supervisorsâ satisfaction towards a professional experience information technology system were highly satisfied level. And the fourth result, the experts evaluated and verified a professional experience information technology system were suitable at the highest level which can be implemented in the real situation
