The research study aims to 1) design the blended training model with the MOOC teaching style for developing information, media and technology skills within undergraduate students, and 2) evaluate the appropriateness of the blended training model with the MOOC teaching style for developing information, media and technology skills within undergraduate students. The samples are five specialists selected by purposive sampling and the statistics used in this research are the mean and standard deviation. The results from the research are indicated that 1. the training model integrated with MOOC teaching style for enhancing information, media, and technology skills within the undergraduate students consists of seven steps: 1) general knowledge placement test before starting studying via online system, 2) students' orientation before studying in the form of streaming media via online system; this depends on students' context, 3) identifying study objectives and contents of each course via online system; this depends on students' context, 4) students studying the content in the form of streaming media via online system, 5) students exchanging interactions between students and students, and students and instructors, 6) performing activities according to the appointed assignments, submitting the assignments in classroom and via online system, and discussing about them in classroom, 7) knowledge examination process after training by asking the students to do a test via online system and have a peer assessment for the assignments. 2. The result of appropriateness evaluation for the design blended training model with MOOC teaching style in order to enhance information, media, and technology skills for the undergraduate students is concluded by five specialists as highly appropriate ( mean = 4.27
