Back Musculoskeletal disorders commonly occur in the workplace and improper lifestyle. Back musculoskeletal therapeutics programs have been carried out, but they are still ineffective. This research aimed to develop a therapeutic massage and excercise model for back musculoskeletal disorders, to validate the developed model, and test the effectiveness of the therapeutic massage and exercise model for back musculoskeletal disorders. The research method was Research dan Development (R&D). This research has three steps: the first stage was a narrative literature review with international journals and textbooks as the research sample, a data collective technic using download documents, with thematic qualitative data analysis. The second stage was the feasibility study with expert judgement and a massage therapist. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale from 1 to 4, data analysis using the Aiken formula. Field trials used massage therapist subjects, and the instrument used was a questionnaire and data analysis using qualitative. The third stage was the pre-experimental research with 24 subjects (5 males and 19 females), aged between 28-62, who were suffering from back musculoskeletal injuries: the instruments were a goniometer to assess the range of motion (ROM), sit-ups, and leg press to assess strength. Data analysis was conducted using paired t-tests and Wilcoxon analysis. The results showed that the developed program had been validated with an Aiken score of more than 0.82, strong validation, and an intra-reliability of 0.84 with Cronbach's Alpha Small and large trials showed a strong mean of 95% in terms of accuracy, safety, and feasibility of the developed program. The effectiveness test showed an enormously significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the tested variables with a P Value<0.05

Objective. The aim of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of climbing athletes regarding injury awareness, prevention and first aid specifically in climbing. In the process of exploration, the level of knowledge includes various methods and concepts, such as how well does the athlete know about injuries, types of injuries, and assistance when and what treatment should be given. Method. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive design. The population taken was students of rock-climbing athletes who love nature and the environment, Padang State University (MPALH UNP). Non-random sampling was done to obtain n=20 participants, consisting of 65% (male) and 35% (female) which included three climbing category numbers, namely lead climbing (LC), speed climbing (SC) and bouldering climbing. (BC). Results. Knowledge of injuries, prevention and assistance in the sport of climbing by MPALH UNP with a score of 48.45 ± 8.4 was found to be in the fairly good category. “Good” score value category n = 1 (5%). “fairly good” category n=15 (75%). Then the score for the "Not good" category n = 4 (20%). Conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the level of knowledge of MPALH UNP climbing athletes on knowledge, prevention and first aid is still in the goodn enough category, although some athletes score in the poor category. Thus, specific training must be provided by the management and the climbing division of the UNP MPALH so that they can improve their capacities in terms of injuries, prevention and first aid to perform

The importance of sports activity to public fitness must be supported through available sports facilities and infrastructure. This study was a descriptive research with mixed methods. Access facilities and sports infrastructure are essential factors vital to increasing people's interest in practising to enhance the community's physical health. This study aims to recognise the need for a sports information system in the city in industrial 4.0 that require human beings to improve their physical condition and health to stay productive. It has a shut connection with the availability of information systems and sports activities infrastructure accessible around the residence. The subjects of this research were 137 public of Yogyakarta city by convenient sampling. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and correlation among indicators-item themselves with Software SPSS.25. The results showed TCR in the Good category in each item that these indicate that there was a lack of a productive sports activities information system to locate the capability and sports activities infrastructure around the public, which affect the lack of public interest and participation in the exercise knowledge became strong management tools that help physical education, sports medicine, coaching training managers to decide how to improve peak of performance, to maintain the excellent quality of public health: This study is the first to apply to evaluate the needs of the Community's Sports Information System In The Industrial 4.0

Chronic hip, knee, and ankle injuries are very common in the whole world. Musculoskeletal disorder hampers the development in several sectors including training and athletes’ performance. Social, industrial, economic, and education decline are often caused by poor muscular-articular problems. This research aims to reveal the effectiveness of massage and exercises therapy in: (1) the treatment of chronic hips, knee and ankle injuries; (2) improving and increasing the low limb strength and flexibility; (3) reducing the chronic pain of degenerative diseases; (4) improving the physical and mental wellbeing of human body; (5) increasing motor or sensory function; (6) increasing athlete’s performance. This research is quasi-experimental with the mixed method: quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sample of this study is 20 patients with chronic hips, knee and ankle injuries, established using the quota sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and through observation, and analysed using the descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test of SPSS, paired sample t-test of SPSS, and correlation among items using SPSS.23. The result shows that there is a significant difference between the result of the pre-test and that of the posttest of strength measurement (0.003<0.05) and there is a significant difference between the result of the pre-test and that of the posttest of all kinds of movement flexibilities with the P value smaller than 0.05. There is a strong correlation between massage and exercise therapy to the chronic knee, knee, and ankle with the r value smaller than 0.5 (r >0.5). In conclusion, massage and exercise therapy are found to be a vital part to improve human body health and it can be used by everybody.
