LA LABOR TUTORIAL EN LA PANDEMIA POR COVID – 19 APOYADA EN HERRAMIENTAS TECNOLÓGICAS

The objective of this research was to identify the technological tools that served as support to the tutor teachers to carry out thetutorial work in the Covid - 19 pandemic. The study was quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive-exploratory, transactional,25 tutor teachers from the University participated. Technological of Nayarit, Mexico; data collection was through a survey appliedonline. The results indicated that teachers gave individual and group tutorials using technological tools as a means of contactwith their students, such as WhatsApp and Google Meet. The conclusion of the study indicates that the use of technologicalmeans favors modern and flexible educational environments in tutoring, where the use of technology allowed guaranteeing theaccompaniment of students in their training, overcoming the communication challenges presented by the Covid pandemic - 19.El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar las herramientas tecnológicas que sirvieron como apoyo a los profesores tutorespara efectuar la labor tutorial en la pandemia por Covid - 19. El estudio fue cuantitativo, no experimental transeccional descriptivo- exploratorio, participaron 25 profesores tutores de la Universidad Tecnológica de Nayarit, México; la recopilación de datos fuemediante una encuesta aplicada en línea. Los resultados indicaron que los profesores impartieron tutorías individuales y grupalesempleando herramientas tecnológicas como medio de contacto con sus estudiantes, como WhatsApp y Google Meet. La conclusióndel estudio indica que el aprovechamiento de los medios tecnológicos favorece entornos educativos modernos y flexibles en latutoría, donde el uso de tecnología permitió garantizar el acompañamiento de los estudiantes en su formación, superando losretos de comunicación que presentó la pandemia por Covid - 19
