Appliance of business process management methodology in controlling automation and process mapping庐
Celem artyku艂u jest uzasadnienie celowo艣ci wykorzystania metod jakie daje controlling operacyjny w kreacji strategii
rozwoju wsp贸艂czesnych organizacji opartych o wiedz臋, innowacyjno艣膰
i szerokie kompendium informacji zarz膮dczych. S膮
to 藕r贸d艂a zasilania zintegrowanych system贸w informatycznych
zarz膮dzania wspomagaj膮cych realizacj臋 tak wielu proces贸w
zarz膮dczo - decyzyjnych wsp贸艂czesnych organizacji. Dynamiczny
rozw贸j technologii informatycznych stwarza nowe mo偶liwo艣ci
zastosowania tych rozwi膮za艅 we wsp贸艂czesnych metodach
i technikach zarz膮dzania takich jak Business Process Reengineering,
Business Intelligence i Data mining czy Business
Process Management. Pozwala to na efektywne wykorzystanie
repozytori贸w informacji zarz膮dczych a w nich pe艂n膮 integracj臋
informacyjn膮 tak niezb臋dn膮 dla mened偶er贸w w zakresie tworzenia
wielowymiarowych analiz i bie偶膮cego raportowania.
Aby zapewni膰 efektywne ich wykorzystanie, wsp贸艂czesne organizacje
maj膮 do dyspozycji r贸偶norodno艣膰 metod zarz膮dzania
procesami biznesowymi. Jedn膮 z nowocze艣niejszych metod
zarz膮dzania, umo偶liwiaj膮c膮 szybkie reagowanie na zmiany
otoczenia i antycypacje jest koncepcja controllingu operacyjnego.
Controlling, kt贸ry jest zorientowany na przysz艂o艣膰
jest jednym z instrument贸w nowoczesnego zarz膮dzania
a zarazem 藕r贸d艂em informacji zarz膮dczych dla kierownictwa.
R贸偶norodno艣膰 oraz bogactwo tych informacji wymaga
stosowania nowoczesnych metod u艂atwiaj膮cych tworzenie
repozytori贸w danych u艂atwiaj膮cych i przyspieszaj膮cych analiz臋
informacji zarz膮dczej i dostarczanie na okre艣lone centra
decyzyjne.
Trudno jest zatem dzi艣 m贸wi膰 o efektywnie funkcjonuj膮cej organizacji,
a w niej controllingu jako instrumentu oceny i tworzenia
przysz艂ej strategii bez analizy proces贸w i wspomagaj膮cych
ich realizacj臋 system贸w informacyjnych. Dlatego te偶
tak istotne jest wykorzystanie funkcjonalno艣ci hurtowni danych
jako centralnego repozytorium danych zarz膮dczych wraz
z metodyk膮 Business Process Management jako instrumentu
wspomagaj膮cego controlling. Jej wykorzystanie mo偶e by膰
wi臋c efektywnym czynnikiem w automatyzacji i mapowaniu
proces贸w controllingu operacyjnego w przedsi臋biorstwie. The subject article aims to prove the importance of new methods
in operational controlling, stimulating corporate strategy
creation, based on innovation and extended management
information. These two are key factors for various kinds
of integrated management systems of today鈥檚 organizations.
The dynamic technology development in few recent years,
covering also integrated management systems, discovered
new effective solutions for real time corporate governance,
such as Process Reengineering, Business Intelligence, Data
Mining or Business Process Management.
All these stands for fully integrated and harmonized IT ecosystem
that is highly required by corporate managers for any
Big Data analysis, reporting and decisioning processes. The
concept of controlling is a key element in proper and effective
business management and financial governance.
It significantly helps organizations in real-time decisioning
and risk mitigation. At the same moment the critical element
for successful decision is cleanness of data sets, central repository
and data warehouse configuration. Corporate Governance
should have solid data process management policy,
highly educated data analysts and correctly applied Business
Process Management methods. All above significantly
improves operational controlling appliance, controlling process
mapping and process automation in modern enterprises.
We should consider then Business Process Management as
key element for corporate growth within competitive markets

Current oscillations during the electrochemical oxidation of sulfide in the presence of an external resistor
Anodic reactivity of ferrous sulfide precipitates changing over time due to particulate speciation
The disposal of ferric phosphate (FePO4) sludge, routinely generated in wastewater and drinking water treatment, has a major impact on the overall treatment cost. Iron sulfide (FeSx) precipitation via sulfide addition to ferric phosphate (FePO4) sludge has been proven to be an effective method for phosphate recovery. Electrochemical oxidation of FeSx can then be utilized to recover ferric iron for reuse back in the phosphate removal process. In this study, the reactivity of FeSx particles for anodic oxidation at pH 4 was studied as a function of time after FeSx precipitate generation at a S/Fe molar ratio of 1.75. Cyclic voltammetry showed high reactivity for fresh FeSx particles, but the reactivity diminished significantly over a period of 1 month. X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) revealed that this reduced reactivity with time is a consequence of the transformation of the FeSx particles in suspension from mackinawite (FeS) to pyrite (FeS2)
