W zaprezentowanym artykule przedstawiono wyniki efektywności pomiarów aktualizacyjnych w oparciu o pięć przykładowych sekcji mapy w skali 1:1250 miasta Abu Dhabi (Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie). Pomiary były wykonywane technologią fotogrametrii cyfrowej z wykorzystaniem ImageStation oraz SSK firmy Intergraph. Ponadto w opracowaniu przybliżono problematykę digitalizacji stereoskopowej materiałów pochodzących z systemów klasy 2.5D

Determination of thermal deactivation parameters of enzymes

Poznanie wpływu temperatury na aktywność enzymu jest bardzo ważne przy optymalnym projektowaniu bioreaktora. W pracy przedstawiono nową metodę wyznaczania parametrów termicznej dezaktywacji enzymów. Algorytm zastosowano do obliczenia energii aktywacji oraz optymalnej temperatury na podstawie użytych danych doświadczalnych wyznaczonych dla oksydazy fenolowej.Knowledge of the effect of temperature on enzyme activity is very important for optimal design of a bioreactor. In this work, a novel method is proposed to determine parameters of thermal deactivation of enzymes. The algorithm applied for the calculation of activation energies and optimal temperature was verified with the use of experimental data for phenol oxidase

Immobilization of Maxilact by cross-linked enzyme aggregates

Maxilact L2000 (β-galactosidase from Kluyveromyces lactis) was aggregated using ammonium sulphate and the resultant aggregates, on cross-linking with glutaraldehyde, produced an insoluble and catalytically active enzyme. These cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEAs) Maxilact were obtained in the optimal conditions. The activity of a biocatalyst, immobilized with the obtained preparation, was 5.89 U/mg. The operating stability of the immobilized Maxilact was determined for 10 successive batches. Residual activity was 8.24 U/mg after 10 cycles of batch operation. The above studies show that moderately stable preparation of catalase can be economically prepared by the cross-linked enzyme aggregates. The preparation and characterization of CLEAs Maxilact is reported for the first time

Effect of temperature on the kinetics of deactivation of catalase from Aspergillus niger by substrate

Celem pracy było zbadanie wpływu temperatury na kinetykę dezaktywacji katalazę z Aspergillus niger przez nadtlenek wodoru. Wyznaczono wartość energii aktywacji dla procesu dezaktywacji dla stężenia nadtlenku wodoru niższego niż 0,015mol/dm3 oraz temperatury w zakresie 35÷50°C.The aim of this work was to investigate the temperature effect on the kinetics of deactivation of catalase from Aspergillus niger by hygrogen peroxidase. A value of activation energy of catalase deactivation for the hydrogen peroxide concentration lower than 0.015 mol/dm3 and the temperature in a range of 35÷50°C was determined
