Разработка программно-аппаратного обеспечения управления мобильным роботом

В данной работе было разработано программно-аппаратное обеспечение для управления мобильной робототехнической платформой Kuka YouBot. Разработка программно-аппаратного обеспечения включала в себя разработку структурной и функциональной схем, выбор программных и аппаратных компонентов, а также построение системы приема-передачи данных. Также была выведена математическая модель рассматриваемой платформы и разработан алгоритм снятия параметров математической модели, который был реализован с помощью средств Matlab Simulink.In this work was developed software and hardware for controlling the Kuka YouBot mobile platform. The development of hardware and software included the development of structural and functional scheme, the selection of software and hardware components, as well as the design of a data transferring system. Overall complication rates of DIEP flap breast reconstructions in Germany – a multi-center analysis based on the DGPRÄC prospective national online registry for microsurgical breast reconstructions

While autologous breast reconstruction has gained momentum over recent years, there is limited data on the structure and quality of care of microsurgical breast reconstruction in Germany. Using the breast reconstruction database established by the German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (DGPRÄC), the presented study investigated the overall outcomes of deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap reconstructions in Germany. Data of 3926 patients and 4577 DIEP flaps performed by 22 centers were included in this study. Demographics, patient characteristics, perioperative details and postoperative outcomes were accounted for. Centers performing < Ø 40 (low-volume (LV)) vs. ≥ Ø 40 (high-volume (HV)) annual DIEP flaps were analyzed separately. Overall, total and partial flap loss rates were as low as 2.0% and 1.1% respectively, and emergent vascular revision surgery was performed in 4.3% of cases. Revision surgery due to wound complications was conducted in 8.3% of all cases. Mean operative time and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter in the HV group (LV: 385.82 min vs. HV: 287.14 min; LV: 9.04 (18.87) days vs. HV: 8.21 (5.04) days; both p < 0.05). The outcome and complication rates deduced from the national registry underline the high standard of microsurgical breast reconstruction on a national level in Germany

Funkcja vestibulum w gnieździe murarki ogrodowej Osmia bicornis L.

The function of vestibulum (the outermost empty brood cell, without provisioning mass and larvae) has not been precisely determined so far. It is most probably a behavioral relic, which currently has no adaptive value. However, red mason bees often build vestibulum. In this study, we examined the nest tubes of red mason bees in three sites (Kłoda, Kanie and Warsaw) in Mazovian Province and in one site (Sąpłaty) in Warmian-Masurian Province. About 70% of the nest tubes in Kłoda, Kanie and Warsaw had vestibulum, whereas only 29% of the tubes in Sąpłaty had vestibulum. It can be assumed that the vestibulum protects the brood against unstable atmospheric conditions, and the proximity of the lake Sąpłaty reduced the temperature amplitude. It was found, however, that the vestibulum did not protect the brood cell against nest parasitoides and cleptoparasites. More cells were infested by parasites and kleptoparasites in tubes with vestibulum.Funkcja vestibulum w gnieździe murarki ogrodowej Osmia bicornis L. Funkcja vestibulum (najbardziej zewnętrznej komory gniazdowej) nie została dotychczas dokładnie określona. Prawdopodobnie jest to behawioralny relikt obecnie bez żadnej wartości adaptacyjnej. Jednak pszczoły chętnie budują vestibulum. W trzech miejscach badań: Kłoda, Kanie, Warszawa (woj. mazowieckie), w 70% rurek gniazdowych znajdował się przedsionek. Stwierdzono, że murarki gniazdujące w Sąpłatach (woj. warmińsko-mazurskie) vestibulum wybudowały jedynie w 29% rurek. Można przypuszczać, że przedsionek chroni czerw przed zmiennymi warunkami atmosferycznymi, a bliskość jeziora łagodziła amplitudy temperatury. Stwierdzono natomiast, że vestibulum nie zabezpieczało komórki z czerwiem przed pasożytami i kleptopasożytami gniazdowymi. Wpływ ustawienia ulików weselnych oraz podgatunku pszczoły miodnej (Apis mellifera) na błądzenie matek powracających z lotów godowych

:Effect of mating nucs spacing and subspecies of honey bee (Apis mellifera) on the drifting of queens returning from mating flights. The loss of honeybee queens during mating flights increases the cost of their production. The aim of the study was to examine if the spacing of nucs influences the drifting of queen honey bees which return from mating flights. The study also compared the drifting of Carniolan (A. m. carnica) and Italian (A. m. ligustica) queens. We examined the total of 89 queens which were placed in mating nucs together with about 1000 workers. Some of the mating nucs were arranged in rows spaced 30 centimetres apart, without any landmarks, and other nucs were spaced a few meters apart, next to trees or bushes. Each group of nucs included Carniolan and Italian queens. The results show that significantly more queens failed to return from mating flights to nucs placed in rows without any landmarks (51%) than from those placed next to trees or bushes (7%). The study also showed that there is no significant differences between level of drifting of Carniolan and Italian queens.Wpływ ustawienia ulików weselnych oraz podgatunku pszczoły miodnej (Apis mellifera) na błądzenie matek powracających z lotów godowych. Straty matek pszczelich podczas lotów weselnych zwiększają koszty ich produkcji. Celem pracy było zbadanie, czy sposób ustawienia ulików weselnych wpływa na błądzenie matek powracających z lotów godowych. Porównano również błądzenie matek kraińskich (A. m. carnica) i włoskich (A. m. ligustica). Ogółem zbadano 89 matek, które znajdowały się w ulikach weselnych z około tysiącem robotnic. Część ulików ustawiono w rzędach w odległości około 30 cm od siebie, a część przy drzewach lub krzewach w odległości kilku metrów. W każdej grupie ulików były matki kraińskie i włoskie. Stwierdzono, że z ulików weselnych ustawionych w rzędzie, bez punktów orientacyjnych ginie, podczas lotów godowych, istotnie więcej matek (51%) niż z ulików ustawionych przy drzewach lub krzewach (7%).
