Revisión sistemática de literatura de la contaminación ambiental y desarrollo urbano sostenible en el distrito de Piura

The cities of the countries have developed vertiginously due to the good management of their rulers, however, global pollution and sustainable urban development is a problem that afflicts the entire world and specifically in our town since there is no real awareness in caring for the environment and in following an order when developing and expanding the district. This literary review has been proposed to investigate and analyze the articles related to the subject of study, which is focused on environmental pollution and urban development, published in scientific journals indexed between 2017 - 2022. By using the systematic method, it allows and facilitates summaries. from multiple sources. The article has a descriptive basis, because it seeks to know the reality where the investigations oriented from the different approaches, designs and types of sampling were contemplated. The results of this review were found in the publications of indexed journals such as: Technological, University Notes. Urban Territorial Log, Scielo, Literary and Research magazine, articles on environmental pollution and sustainable urban development, this research aims to generate new learning from here.Las ciudades, de los países se han desarrollado vertiginosamente por la buena gestión de sus gobernantes, sin embargo, la contaminación mundial y el desarrollo urbano es un problema que aflige a todo el mundo y específicamente en nuestra localidad ya que no hay una real conciencia en cuidar el ambiente y en seguir un orden al momento de desarrollarse y expandir el distrito. La presente revisión literaria se ha propuesto investigar y analizar los artículos relacionados al tema de estudio, el cual está enfocado en la contaminación ambiental y desarrollo urbano, publicados en revistas científicas indexadas entre 2017 – 2022.  Al emplearse el método sistemático permite y facilita los resúmenes de múltiples fuentes. El artículo tiene un sustento descriptivo, porque busca conocer la realidad dónde se contemplaron las investigaciones orientadas desde los distintos enfoques, diseños y tipos de muestreo.  Los resultados de esta revisión se hallaron en las publicaciones, de revistas indexadas como: Tecnológicas, Apuntes universitarios. Bitácora Urbano Territorial, Scielo, revista Literaria y de Investigación, artículos de contaminación ambiental como de desarrollo urbano, esta investigación pretende que a partir de aquí generar nuevos aprendizajes

Gestión de residuos sólidos hospitalarios y salud ambiental en los centros hospitalarios

he generation of waste in hospital centers is worrying for the world because it leads to inadequate environmental health; Therefore, the management of hospital solid waste and environmental health in hospital centers is deficient and is often not considered essential by the authorities, leaving this issue aside; Therefore, the objective is to determine the relationship between hospital solid waste management and environmental health in hospital centers and to carry out this study, a bibliographic review of multiple articles was carried out. The methodology was qualitative, descriptive, correlational, systemic, analytical, hypothetical, deductive – inductive. Concluding that hospital waste is dangerous because it is contaminated and represents a health and environmental risk, it must be handled properly with PPE to avoid labor and environmental risks, since both issues are related; therefore, good waste management demands to reduce their generation and this reduces the risk to environmental health, managing to guarantee the appropriate and sustainable management of wasteLa generación de desechos en los centros hospitalarios es preocupante para el mundo porque conlleva a tener una inadecuada salud ambiental; por lo que la gestión de residuos sólidos hospitalarios y salud ambiental en los centros hospitalarios, es deficiente y muchas veces no es considerado como primordial por las autoridades dejando de lado este tema; por lo cual se tiene como objetivo determinar la relación de la gestión de residuos sólidos hospitalarios y salud ambiental en los centros hospitalarios y para llevar a cabo este estudio se realizó la revisión bibliográfica de múltiples artículos. La metodología fue cualitativa, descriptiva, correlacional, sistémica, analítica, hipotética, deductiva – inductiva; teniendo como conclusión que los desechos hospitalarios son peligrosos por ser contaminados y representan riesgo en la salud y también de forma ambiental, se debe manipular adecuadamente con el EPP, para evitar riesgos laborales y ambientales ya que ambos temas están relacionados; por lo tanto, una buena gestión de residuos demanda disminuir la generación de los mismos y esto reduce el riesgo de la salud ambiental, logrando garantizar el manejo apropiado y sostenible de los desechos

La cooperación internacional y el fondo de apoyo gerencial FAG en el estado peruano

The present work carries out a systematic review of International Cooperation and the Management Support Fund of the Public Sector, to determine their relationship, in terms of how International Cooperation through the advisory modality intervenes in the Peruvian State through the Fund. of Management Support, that is, if it contributes to the public entities fulfilling their functions. The research has been carried out by reviewing information through various reliable sources, it was searched by topic and by each of the variables, then a documentary analysis was developed. Finally, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between International Cooperation and the Management Support Fund; however, this does not guarantee its effectiveness.El presente trabajo realiza una revisión sistemática sobre la Cooperación Internacional y el Fondo de Apoyo Gerencial del sector Público, con la finalidad de determinar su relación, en cuanto a como la Cooperación Internacional mediante la modalidad de asesoramiento interviene en el Estado peruano a traves del Fondo de Apoyo Gerencial, es decir si este contribuye a que las entidades públicas cumplan sus funciones. La investigación se ha llevado a cabo revisando información a través de diversas fuentes confiables, se buscó por el tema y por cada una de las variables, luego se desarrolló un análisis documental. Finalmente, se concluye que exite relación significativa entre la Coopeación Internacional y el Fondo de Apoyo Gerencial; sin embargo, este no garantiza su eficacia

Gestión ambiental de residuos sólidos urbanos en Piura

Environmental management is the responsibility of local governments, civil society and citizens, which is why it implies facing and proposing solutions to the environmental problems with which we live in these times, which, instead of reducing pollution, is increasing. In this context, we propose as a general objective to evaluate the design and integration of the various plans linked to the documents on Urban Solid Waste Management-GRSU, and we analyze how the specific objectives are articulated with the PEI and POI, in the same way we verify the level of integration that exist with the strategies, activities established in the PDDC management documents, likewise we identify the activities established in the PIGARS and their link with the PIA. The methodology is a basic, descriptive, ontological, axiological and epistemological investigation, compilation of information from the main indexed scientific journals, which will help us to evaluate the investigations carried out on the problem posed, as well as the review of the management normative documents, to focus and establish a set of actions to reduce the production of solid waste; In this context, research is important to evaluate, analyze and determine public policies to improve the protection of the environment.La gestión ambiental es responsabilidad de los gobiernos locales, sociedad civil y ciudadanos por eso implica enfrentar y plantear soluciones a los problemas ambientales con los que vivimos en estas épocas, que, en lugar de disminuir la contaminación, cada vez va en aumento. En este contexto, planteamos como objetivo general evaluar el diseño e integración de los diversos planes vinculados a los documentos sobre  Gestión de Residuos Sólidos Urbanos-GRSU, y analizamos   cómo los objetivos específicos  la  articulación con el  PEI y POI, del mismo modo comprobamos  el nivel de integración que existen con las estrategias, actividades  establecidas en los documentos de gestión PDDC,  así mismo identificamos   las actividades establecidas en el  PIGARS y su vinculación con el PIA.  La metodología es una investigación básica, descriptiva, ontológico, axiológico y epistemológico, recopilación de información de las principales revistas científicas indexadas, que nos servirá para evaluar las investigaciones realizadas sobre el problema planteado, así como la revisión de los documentos  normativos de gestión, para enfocar y lograr  establecer un conjunto de acciones para reducir  la producción de  residuos sólidos; en ese contexto la investigación es de importancia para evaluar , analizar y determinar políticas  públicas para mejorar la protección del medio ambiente
