Method and Apparatus of Measuring Velocity and Sound Attenuation Coefficient in Bulk Materials Based on the Analysis of the Structure of Sound-Insulation Materials on the Basis of Perlite

    Get PDF
This paper presents the results of research and describes the apparatus for measuring the acoustic characteristics of bulk materials. Ultrasound, it has passed through a layer of bulk material, is further passes through an air gap. The presence of air gap prevents from measuring tract mechanical contacts, but complicates the measurement technology Studies were conducted on the example of measuring the acoustic characteristics of the widely used perlite-based sound-proofing material

Maintenance with the use of statistical control charts

    Get PDF
The possibility of using statistical process control methods for detection of an abnormal condition of the process equipment at early stages of an emergency is shown in the paper. The authors of the paper has concluded that with the use of Shewhart charts it is possible to monitor the real dynamics of the process equipment condition and make decisions on its maintenance and repair

Finite-sample and asymptotic sign-based tests for parameters of non-linear quantile regression with Markov noise

    Get PDF
One of the most noticeable features of sign-based statistical procedures is an opportunity to build an exact test for simple hypothesis testing of parameters in a regression model. In this article, we expanded a sing-based approach to the nonlinear case with dependent noise. The examined model is a multi-quantile regression, which makes it possible to test hypothesis not only of regression parameters, but of noise parameters as well

Comparative analyses of different variants of standard ground for automatic control systems of technical processes of oil and gas production

    Get PDF
The paper analyses efficiency (interference resistance) of standard TT, TN, IT networks in control links of automatic control systems (ACS) of technical processes (TP) of oil and gas production. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is a standard term used to describe the interference in grounding circuits. Improved EMC of ACS TP can significantly reduce risks and costs of malfunction of equipment that could have serious consequences. It has been proved that an IT network is the best type of grounds for protection of ACS TP in real life conditions. It allows reducing the interference down to the level that is stated in standards of oil and gas companies

Ash and Slag Waste as a Secondary Raw Material

    Get PDF
In the process of industrial corporation activities a lot of waste, which pollutes the atmosphere, is generated, for example ash and slag. In Tomsk region, by estimates, ash stores occupy about 600 hectares, which contain about 25 million tons by weight. In Russian thermal power-stations ash disposal areas there are about 1.3 billion tons of ash, and only 10% of it is used. That is why this problem is topical enough. In this paper the scheme of producing ash ceramic bricks and complex ash and slag waste processing is shown. Besides, profitability of the project is presented

Characterization of copper nanopowders after natural aging

    Get PDF
Copper nanopowders after storage under natural conditions can oxidize and change their properties. In this work, the phase composition, morphology and thermal properties of copper nanopowders after natural aging of 10 years were studied. The copper nanopowders were produced by the method of electrical explosion of wires in different gaseous ambient: argon and carbon dioxide. The nanopowders were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The content of copper oxides phases was found to be increased in comparison with freshly synthesized powders. This transformation results in the change of the thermal characteristics of the nanopowders. The effect of the synthesis conditions on the composition and thermal characteristics was shown

Parametric identification of the controlled object based on transfer characteristics

    Get PDF
Classical identification techniques are shown; their strengths and shortcomings are analyzed. The correlations associating direct indexes of transfer characteristic quality of the controlled object and its pole-zero configuration are received. The identification technique of the linear dynamic object based on correlations is developed. The numerical model is given

The Assessment of the Level of Pollution of Slime Pits with Heavy Metals

    Get PDF
In drilling and running oil and gas wells the great amount of toxic waste is formed and in the surface of the lithosphere and hydrosphere the great amount of different chemical elements and compounds access, they are needed to be isolated from the environment. The most useful way of isolation is their utilization in the slime pits on the wells territory. Heavy metals are dangerous waste in the drilling slime; they accumulate in soil and under some conditions they in form water-soluble parts and migrate in to the soil. The aim of this paper is to organize the chemical and analytical research of the amount of heavy metals in the drilling slime, and research the mechanism of their spreading on different depth and square in the slime pits typical for the oil site placed in KHANTY-Ugra

Pertimbangan Aspek Sosial Budaya dan Kearifan Lokal dalam Pengembangan Kawasan Danau Tempe Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan

One of the potential regions in South Sulawesi Province is Tempe Lake region. The socio-cultural conditions of the local community can be an interesting matter to become a foundation in the regional development. The purpose of this study was to identify and to describe the form of community local wisdom in Tempe Lake region that can be considered in the regional development, to analyze the agricultural commodity that become the leading commodity, to identify the development level of rural, to analyze the contents of spatial plan policies that support the local wisdom aspects and to arrange Tempe Lake region’s development referrals with regard to local wisdom. The results showed that 7 local communities has a potential regarding local wisdom aspects. Commodities of fisheries and animal husbandry as leading commodities. Most of the rural areas in Tempe Lake region was at a low level of development. In the RTRW of Sidrap, Soppeng and Wajo Regency had found that assimilation element was the most heavily contented element in the three documents. The referrals of Tempe Lake region development with regard to local wisdom could be based on the local knowledge in regional development planning, natural resource management, local economic development, traditional settlements development, cultural village development, and protection of cultural sites
