Instanton Correction of Prepotential in Ruijsenaars Model Associated with N=2 SU(2) Seiberg-Witten Theory

Instanton correction of prepotential of one-dimensional SL(2) Ruijsenaars model is presented with the help of Picard-Fuchs equation of Pakuliak-Perelomov type. It is shown that the instanton induced prepotential reduces to that of the SU(2) gauge theory coupled with a massive adjoint hypermultiplet.Comment: revtex, 15 pages, to be published in Journal of Mathematical Physic

Infinity Cancellation, Type I' Compactification and String S-Matrix Functional

Nonvanishing tadpoles and possible infinities associated in the multiparticle amplitudes are discussed with regard to the disk and $RP^{2}$ diagrams of the Type I' compactification. We find that the infinity cancellation of $SO(32)$ type $I$ theory extends to this case as well despite the presence of tadpoles localized in the D-brane world-volume and the orientifold surfaces. Formalism of string S-matrix generating functional is presented to find a consistent string background as c-number source function: we find this only treats the cancellation of the tadpoles in the linearized approximation. D-term Dynamical Supersymmetry Breaking Generating Split N=2 Gaugino Masses of Mixed Majorana-Dirac Type

Under a few mild assumptions, N=1 supersymmetry in four dimensions is shown to be spontaneously broken in a self-consistent Hartree-Fock approximation of BCS/NJL type to one-loop off-shell, in the gauge theory specified by the gauge kinetic function and the superpotential of adjoint chiral superfields, in particular, that possesses N=2 extended supersymmetry spontaneously broken to N=1 at tree level. The N=2 gauginos receive mixed Majorana-Dirac masses and are split.
