    Management information system is an economic device companies as the supporting of busniness wheel. This system is a support that ease companies to receive information flow where the information flows come from both internal and external company can be absorbed and presented in a place that is easy to understand, quick and on target includes the current financial information, human resources (HR), marketing and sales strategies that will be built by the company to the issues that will influence business wheel in the company. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human resource management, electronic systems, and the distribution system in moderation system information for competitive advantage of UKM in Lampung Province. The method uses descriptive and associative. The research result shows that human resource management positively and significantly influences competitive advantage with moderation organization information system, electronic system does not significantly influence the competitive advantage with moderation organization information systems, and distribution system significantly influences the competitive advantage with moderation organizational information systems

    Exploring Student Mathematical Engagement Using Adapted Watson' Analytical Tool

    This research was conducted with the aim of describing the engagement of junior high school students in the mathematics learning process measured using an adapted Watson analytical tool. This research is a qualitative study that analyzes video transcripts of a junior high school teacher in West Nusa Tenggara, East Indonesia who are carrying out mathematical teaching on probability. In this study, the teacher carried out mathematics teaching designed by researchers using the ELPSA (Experience, Language, Pictorial, Symbolic, and Application) framework. The learning process was recorded through a video and then transcribed so that it is easily analyzed. The results showed that the dimensions of student mathematical engagement that emerged during the mathematics learning process were dominated by activities comparing/classifying and justifying/reasoning. These results also have a positive impact that by using the adapted of Watson analytical tool to analyze the learning process of mathematics can help teachers to gain deeper insight into students' mathematical engagement. This technique can be used as a reference by the teacher to further analyze so that better teaching actions can be planned

    Making the program application Surakarta ticket sales web-based Museum is to help staff workers from the Palace Museum to perform transaction processing ticket sales and report generation by using a computerized system. The methodology used in the making of this application program is using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), where the method consists of the Planning Phase, Analysis Phase, Design Phase and Implementation Phase. Drafting the application program uses multiple helper applications, such as Microsoft Visio 2007 to draft such as Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relation Diagram (ERD), Interpersonal Table, Page Hypertest Preprosessor (PHP) as a programming language and MySQL as database , The result of making this application program can assist the Surakarta Palace Museum to facilitate ticket sales transaction process and in preparing reports sales are becoming more efficient and effective

    The research aims to describe the problem-solving ability on the materials about trigonometry of students' self concept in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya eleven grade. The method is used descriptive method with case study of research. The sample of research was 9 students. The sample determination is done by taking 3 students who have high self concept, 3 students who have average self concept, and 3 students who have low self concept. The results of data analysis showed tha the problem-solving ability on the materials about trigonometry for students who have high self concept is very good, problem-solving ability on the materials about trigonometry for students who have average self concept is good, and problem-solving ability on the materials about trigonometry for students who have low self concept is good sufficient

    Implantation is the most critical stage in the establishment of pregnancy. In mammals, it has been estimated that between 25% and 60% of conceptuses are lost before or at the time of implantation. The objectives of this study were to investigate the ability of blastocyst hatching and attachment of trophoblast cells in in vitro, the outgrowth and differentiation of trophoblast cells in in vitro culture of hatched and non hatched blastocyst, the activity of mitochondria NADH-CoQ reductase and the pattern of mitochondrial distribution. Blastocysts were collected from mice cornua utery at day-4 of pregnancy and were divided into 3 groups: blastocysts undergo hatching within 24 hours, 48 hours and non hatching. Embryos were cultured in DMEM medium in 5% CO2 incubator at 37°C for 10 days. The trophoblasts monolayer were processed for Giemsa staining and histochemistry analysis of NADH-tetrazolium reductase activity. The outgrowth of trophoblast cells were measured using eyespiece micrometer. The results showed the ability of blastocyst hatching in in vitro were different. The trophoblast outgrowth diameter of 24 h hatched blastocyst was significantly different with the 48 h hatched and non hatched blastocyst. The activity of NADH-CoQ reductase of 24 h and 48 h hatched blastocysts showed higher intensity than the non hatched blastocysts (P<0,05) and the distribution of mitochondrial in trophoblast cell cytoplasma of 24 h and 48 h hatched blastocyst were homogen around nucleus whereas thoes of non hatched blastocyst were cluster and heterogen. In conclusion, in in vitro study the failure of blastocysts hatching and implantation was due to the failure of outgrowth and differentiation of the trofoblast cells and the impairment of NADH-CoQ reductase activity in complex I mitochondria to produce energy and the pattern of mitochondrial distribution

    Green Corrosion Inhibitors for Mild Steel in H2SO4 Solution: Flavonoids of Gongronema latifolium

    The inhibitive properties of flavonoids extracted from Gongronema latifolium (FEGL) and the crude extracts from Gongronema latifolium (EEGL) on the corrosion of mild steel in H2SO4solutions was studied using hydrogen evolution method at 30, 40, 50, and 60oC. The results revealed that the extracts act as good inhibitors for the corrosion of mild steel in 5.0 M H2SO4 solutions. The inhibition efficiencies were found to increase with increase in the extract concentration and decreased with increase in temperature. The order of efficiency was EEGL &gt; FEGL. The experimental data fitted well into the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Physical adsorption mechanism was proposed for the adsorption of the extracts on the mild steel surface from the data obtained for the activation energies of the inhibited and uninhibited systems.     Kajian Penggunaan Susu Tempe Dan Ubi Jalar Ungu Sebagai Pengganti Susu Skim Pada Pembuatan Es Krim Nabati Berbahan Dasar Santan Kelapa

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan formula es krim nabati terbaik berdasarkan uji sensoris (warna, flavor, tekstur, dan overall), mengetahui karakteristik kimia (lemak, protein, total padatan, serat kasar, dan aktivitas antioksidan), dan fisik (overrun dan resistensi) es krim nabati berbahan dasar santan kelapa dengan penggunaan susu tempe dan ubi jalar ungu sebagai pengganti susu skim. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan variasi proporsi susu tempe 22,5%; 17,5%; dan 12,5% dan ubi jalar ungu 7,5%; 12,5%; dan 17,5%. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dua kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formula es krim nabati terbaik adalah es krim nabati formula F3 (susu tempe : ubi jalar ungu = 12,5% : 17,5%). Karakteristik kimia es krim nabati formula F3 meliputi kadar lemak 11,87% (wb), protein 2,34% (wb), serat kasar 7,32% (db), total padatan 44,81%, dan aktivitas antioksidan 1,33% DPPH per mg. Sedangkan karakteristik fisiknya meliputi overrun 80,43% dan resistensi 44,28 menit
